I am a tolerant person, and I would prefer someone who is also accepting of others. I have a strong dislike of country music. I like going on random walks, but I don't do a lot of other outdoor activities, although I am open to them. I'm still trying to figure out religion and where it fits into my life. I am looking for someone who asks a lot of strange questions regardless of how easy they are to answer. My life centers around coffee...
I used to drink socially, but I decided to quit drinking many years ago. I have mixed feelings about alcohol, so I currently don't drink and don't intend to start again. I still miss going out, though, it's just awkward now that I don't drink.
I have grown weary of politics, not that I don't care, I simply don't trust any politicians anymore. I don't commit to either side politically, although I theoretically lean toward liberal politics, mainly because I don't believe businesses or organizations should have rights, especially when their rights are given preference over people's. I believe everyone deserves the same rights and dignity, regardless of their situation, whether it's women, or gays, or people of different ethnic backgrounds.
I readily admit to being a "geek", and don't have a problem with it. I have no shame in enjoying the things I enjoy. I'm not necessarily looking for someone who does the same things I do, but someone who can accept and understand my interests, and has interests of their own. I like the idea of being open to new experiences and trying different things.
