My self-summary
I hate writing summaries. It's like condensing someone's entire life into a small box that has a word limit. Can we simplify a man's life to just a few lines and a few sentences? I guess we can.

I have two dog. One a border collie and labrador mix. Her name is Mystique and she's crazy and barks at everyone. Actually, she barks at every human who isn't a part of my family which can be annoying at times, but she makes for a great doorbell. My other dog is also a border collie mix. His name is Enzo and he pisses when he's very happy or scared. That's also annoying.

I love food: it's probably why I have a little extra. I love tex-mex. Give me a plate of some beef enchiladas and some rice and I'll give you an empty plate after a few minutes. I love hamburgers as well.

I feel that's enough summarizing for now.
What I’m doing with my life
I work overnight at a jail. It's pretty laid back when I don't have to deal with crazy people. I am hoping to apply to the fire department when they start hiring again.
I’m really good at
I'm pretty good at writing. I love to write. It's what I'm doing right now. I'm also pretty good at videogames, but most women don't really care about that.
The first things people usually notice about me
At the risk of sounding arrogant, my muscles and my blackness. And that I make corny jokes.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I love pretty much every book from Michael Crichton. He got me into hard science fiction despite him not believing in global warming. Additionally, I like Killing Time by Caleb Carr, 1984 by George Orwell. I am currently reading Dune, by Frank Herbert.

My favorite movies... well, I can't really pin down a favorite movie. I love the science fiction genre. Movies like Contact and Event Horizon are awesome. I also love Bond movies and can't wait for the next one to come out. Additionally, comic book movies, namely X1 and X2 (X3 and Wolverine never existed), Spider-Man 2 (again, Spider-Man 3 never existed and if you believe so, please get your head checked), and Blade. I also love parodies with the Naked Gun trilogy being my favorite and Black Dynamite in a very close second.

My absolute favorite TV show is the Wire. Hands down, it is the best TV show ever made. Yes, this sounds like hyperbole, and if I were in your shoes, I would be reluctant to buy into the hype. But time after time, I have seen people express this reluctance and then actually watch all five seasons and they come back saying that it is hands down the best television show ever created. Do yourself a favor and watch it. A close second would be Arrested Development. I barely watched it when it aired, mostly because FOX kept doing stupid things to it, but it is a very hilarious show that has so many subtle details within it that make repeat viewings a treat. My favorite on-air shows right now are Community, 30 Rock, and Fringe. Other than those, I rarely watch television itself, but I do get boxsets and such.

Also, Netflix is awesome.
The six things I could never do without
In no certain order:

1. My laptop
2. Family
3. Friends
4. My dogs
5. The internets
6. My entertainment systems
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Space. It's massively big, bigger than what we can imagine.
On a typical Friday night I am
Sleep or playing some games with friends and smearing the blood of our opponents on the information superhighway. Or sleeping. Or watching a movie or TV show. Rarely is it going downtown. I'm trying to not become a alcoholic.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I can move one of my eyes in a direction different from my other eye. It creeps me out.
