My self-summary Propose an edit
Independent, self-sufficient, laid-back, non-smoking, drug-free,
mostly nocturnal.
Enjoy road
trips (car or motorcycle), listening to a wide
variety of music, relaxing with friends, working on mechanical-type
stuff. Driving to desolate locations and photographing anything
interesting.
No tattoos, due to not being able to decide on anything in
particular. Used to have my right eyebrow pierced, but it got
annoying and was consequently removed.
Own two cats. That's close enough to having kids for me. The world
is overpopulated enough as it is, it doesn't need my help.
Ich soll mehr oft auf Deutsch sprechen und schrieben.
Though there is one TV in my house, and it's not plugged in or
connected to anything. Come to think of it, I should probably
donate it to Savers. No TV also means I don't subscribe to cable TV
(but cable internet is a must). If I'm wanting to watch something
(news, DVD, cartoon, etc.), I've got the computer.

To save you some time, don't bother leaving me a message if you
constantly write in either of the following fashions:
1.) IF YOU WRITE IN ALL CAPS, LEARN TO USE A KEYBOARD.
2.) if u lyk 2 rite in a butchrd verzn of ne gvn language, lern sum
propa gramr/spelin skilz.
If you occasionally throw in a sentence containing some "leetspeak"
or random geek jargon, I have no problem with that. Perhaps I'd
even encourage it, depending on the circumstances. If you know some
or all of the following acronyms: FTW, WTF, STFU, GTFO, or RTFM,
plus in my book. If not, I won't hold it against you.
What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit
A month after graduating high school in small-town Wisconsin, I moved 2000+ miles
away to Phoenix, AZ with a close friend. Have held a full-time job
continuously since completing classes at a small trade school in
Tempe.
Currently working full-time in Tempe for L3 Communications (previously
Northrop Grumman). Never been late on a bill, almost always put
down extra cash on loan payments. Hopefully those things mean
something to you.
I'm really good at Propose an edit
Having a very moderate personality. It's nearly impossible to
offend me since I have a tendency to view things from both extremes
of the spectrum. One exception would be religion, I can't really
comprehend the thoughts of religious fanatics.
Understanding the cruelties of humanity and empathizing with the
unfortunate, but still being able to laugh at the crude jokes that
poke fun at those same serious situations.
Answering useless-knowledge trivia questions my co-workers
sometimes have.
Getting focused on any given topic, therefore losing track of time
and staying awake for extended periods of time. Then crashing out
hard for hours on end after my body tells my mind it's time to get
some rest.
Eating, anything...
And almost always enjoying it in the process. Oh yeah, no matter
what I eat, I can't seem to gain weight. From 2002 until now, I've
weighed no more than low/mid 140's. At around 5' 9", I'm skinny.
Luckily I do have some muscle definition, so I don't look starved
or sick.
The first thing(s) people usually notice about me Propose an edit
10-15-08 Update: Turned out the moustache got on my nerves too
much, so I shaved it off. Along with the goatee, and soul patch. So
basically now I look like Robert DeNiro back in '76. The
latter portion of "Taxi Driver" to be more specific, considering
the mohawk.
If I'm seen in my Saturn, they'll probably notice the bright yellow
paint first. Or, if I'm on the Buell, they'll probably hear me coming
long before they see me.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food Propose an edit
Though I'm not too big on books (the Internet is like a giant book
to me), there are a few books I keep bedside. Exploring The World
Of Lucid
Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge, Far Journeys by Robert Monroe, and
Ultimate Journey by Robert Monroe. The thought of lucid dreaming
and OBE's has fascinated me since I was around 11. As much as I'd
like to become proficient at attaining lucidity in the dream state,
I focus too much on things that happen in the physical realm.
That'd explain why I've only been lucid twice so far. Admittedly, I
envy those who were able to naturally achieve lucidity in dreams as
kids.
Apocalypse Now, Donnie Darko, Butterfly Effect, Alien, Matrix(s),
Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, V For Vendetta, Snatch, Crash (the
David Cronenberg one), more to come... As for TV, basically
anything comedic on Adult Swim. Robot Chicken, Sealab
2021, Squidbillies, Mission Hill, etc. South Park and Drawn
Together get me cracking up too. However, since I don't subscribe
to cable television, I'm usually found watching them online or at
friends' places.
Nearly any music that can hold a good beat. Depending on the mood,
I could enjoy listening to Death Cab For Cutie, Joe Diffy, Blink
182, Rob Zombie, Pachelbel, Kronos Quartet, Queen, Queens Of The
Stone Age, Stone Sour, Saliva, Pakito, Puff Daddy, Pink, Paul
Oakenfold, Overseer, Outkast, Blue October, Evans Blue, Daft Punk,
Kylie Minogue, Mozart, Flyleaf, Pet Shop Boys, Rush, Paula Abdul,
The Eagles, Edwin McCain, Alan Jackson, The Cure, David Bowie, or
DJ Tiesto. The list goes on and on...
Favorite foods? Anything edible. Sweet, sour, salty, spicy, bitter,
they're all great. Now if only they'd bring back the Dark Chocolate
Kit-Kat bars...
Drinks tend to be the opposite, I'm usually quite picky about
beverages. Diet sodas, light beers, grapefruit juice, cranberry
juice, and water are on my bad list. For whatever reason, I only
drink water if I'm ungodly thirsty, or it's freezing cold.
The six things I could never do without Propose an edit
The internet. Music. Good friends. A vehicle (or two) of my own.
Food/drink/air/shelter (obviously).
Notice family isn't listed... My own family was never big on my
list. Independence held more value to me than a relationship based
on biology. Though I have respect for many members of my family, I
don't particularly enjoy spending time in their presence. Mainly
it's due to differing viewpoints on topics of discussion, and being
mostly non-confrontational, I'd rather just avoid people that
attempt to change any of my strong opinions.
I spend a lot of time thinking about Propose an edit
What the newest webcomics are about (Cyanide & Happiness,
Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal, XKCD, and Penny-Arcade are my
regulars). Wondering if there are any good buys available on
Craigslist. [Sarcasm](Me, frugal? Never...)[/Sarcasm]
Otherwise, currently too many things to list... Thought patterns
vary with my mood quite a bit.
On a typical Friday night I am Propose an edit
At a friend's place in either Phoenix or Mesa.
Cruising around
on some highway with no set destination.
Working in the garage.
Surfing the net.
Every now and then I'll stay home watching movies or something
similar.
The most private thing I'm willing to admit here Propose an edit
Vague questions tend to bring vague answers... Ask me a specific
question, and I'll give a specific answer. No BS, no lies. Just be
prepared to handle the truth. Rest assured, I won't get offended,
whatever you ask.

reason, just have a reason of some sort.
