My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Philosophy literally means "the love of wisdom", which nearly perfectly describes my attitude towards life. I never want to stop learning and piecing things together, peeling things apart looking for a deeper truth

PNW native. Would love to move around/travel but in the end this section of the country, from Vancouver (WA) to Bellingham, has a very special place in my heart.

Love physical activity, in any form. Lifting at the gym, swimming, biking, running, ultimate frisbee... There's always more that I want to try like yoga, surfing, longboarding, gymnastics and the list goes on.

At times I am a tad weird compared to most people. I am the kind of person that will poke you on the nose and say "boop". For no other reason then I felt like it.

I have done a lot of growing up over and I am on my way to becoming a fully fledged person (if you want to know what I mean by that, message and ask :) ), but I refuse to let my inner child die, so I do act like a child at times XD

Big fat nerd. Enjoy my video games. Continually spouting random trivia. Have spent more than one night doing math/discussing physics with my brothers and dad.

Spent a lot of my childhood camping/hiking. It's something i miss and want to do more of. I want to do like a 3-4 day camping trip this summer.

Love animals. Dogs especially, but also cats. Rats actually make adorable pets fyi.

Sarcasm should be a language choice over there ->

I'm kinda all over the board. Don't really fit in a box. And I like it that way.

Science rules!

I am very dedicated to my family, and wish I got to see them more often.

Above all else I love laughter, whether its me laughing or making someone else laugh.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
In my day to day, I am working on myself, whether it be body/health, singing, analytical skills, communication, memory and the list goes on.

As for what I do for work I am a software developer for a company in Redmond. I am happy with where I work and who I work with.

I can't wait to start travelling the world. I want to go to Europe, Japan, and the Caribbeans and Alaska and well you get the picture.

Lastly I eventually would like to own a cabin in the woods somewhere. A literal retreat from life and technology.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Math, my job, making people laugh, connecting with people, among other abilities, but those are the things that came to mind when I wrote this. I have lots of other talents and skills, which will be left to be discovered by you and me.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm a very friendly person, and have a unique voice that is easily picked out.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Books: Steppenwolf, On the Decay of the Art of Lying, Sherlock Holmes... I've read more textbooks then anything else. Looking for suggestions for my next book.

Movies: Old Boy (anything directed by Park Chan-wook), The original Star Wars trilogy, Indiana Jones, James Bond... And if you don't wanna watch a Disney move from time to time, I don't wanna be your friend. I like comedies, action, rom-com, dramas, sci-fi.. some horror.. I think we forget that movies are an art form and not just entertainment, so i really like films that make you think.

Shows: I don't watch much tv/movies and apparently am really behind the times (seeing how not very many new shows are on my list). Some favorites are Doctor Who, Top Gear, tv documentaries, Community (My favoriterist!), Scrubs, MASH, Big Bang Theory, FRIENDS, and a couple others The one thing I do watch regularly is cartoons :D

Music: Everything with rotating favorites. Recently I've gotten into blended music genres. For example electro-swing or an emo band with a brass section. I am a fan of music with more a jazzy or funk influence to it. I played the bass for several years, so I love it when music takes advantage of it.

Food: I love food. I like trying new foods as long as they are not moving/fighting back as I am trying to eat them...
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Family (my best friends in the world), friends, learning, rain, music, exercise
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What I want to go see, experience, do, learn, talk to, say and conquer in the short time I have on this rock in empty space.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hanging out with friends with a couple of beers. Debating takes on art, possibilities of the future, science, and discussing life. Or possibly trying to make each other laugh so hard that I have to go get my inhaler so I don't pass out (which has happened before) or cough up a lung.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I hate wearing shoes. Can't stand them or flip flops even. I'd rather be barefoot and often do. I like feeling connected with the ground and the earth beneath my feet.

I just want my lobster.

I'm not looking for someone to just date. I'm not interested in a relationship just for the sake of being not single. I want a partner. I believe that what we are looking for is a mate is someone who can help us become the best version of ourselves, and in the process we become more than just two individuals, more than just the sum of the parts.

When I'm with someone, I enjoy spontaneous nude(or mostly so) days at home. Not necessarily for the sexuality of it, but for the openness. Nudity is about the baring of the soul, about being yourself in the most raw way possible, with nothing to hide behind.

That to you this website is a way of actually meeting new people. Keyword is meet.

If you're looking for that same things I am, and you think we might click. Let's go get a beer/coffee, bowl a few frames, spend some coin on a pool table, go for a run/bike ride, or some other fun activity.. I'll tell you anything you want to know but I want to get to know you in person, texting/IM-ing is so incredibly impersonal, it's one of the downsides to all this technology we enjoy.

Your choice of a high five or fist bump if you read this whole thing.
