My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I recently moved back to Indianapolis from Baltimore, where I've spent the last two years earning an MFA in illustration. Now that I'm back in an adjunct professor, freelance illustrator, and bike polo player.

Also, here's a link to what I do.

Books - Herman Hesse, Milan Kundera, Henry Miller, Albert Camus, House of Leaves. I haven't been able to read for pleasure much lately, what with the grad school and all, but I did just finish Kafka on the Shore by Haruki Murakami.

Movies - Troll Hunter, The Thing, Alien, Lost in Translation, Oldboy. I've watched Beauty is Embarrassing at least 50 times and I want to be Wayne White when I grow up.

Television - Breaking Bad, The Wire, Game of Thrones, X-Files, Twin Peaks, Adventure Time, Gravity Falls. I usually put a show on while I'm working.

Music - Nick Cave, Tom Waits, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Ghost, The Sword, Bjork, Swans, Nirvana, metal, folk, post punk
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
- How to make funny comics about graveyards
- Blanket forts
- The cultural significance of professional wrestling as a uniquely american art form
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Probably in my studio
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I never take the top of a stack of newspapers or cup lids

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You want to go on a hike, or a bike ride with me. You want to have really long conversations about books, or music, or movies. I'm not a big drinker, but I like a casual beer in a bar, especially if that bar is Dorman.
