I just moved down to miami from charlotte, Nc for work. i am the executive chef for a restaurant group looking to purchase property in Miami. I am overseeing the search and developments.

So writing one of these without coming across conceited is a little difficult lol..

Let's see....

I graduated from university of Miami with a b.s. in nuclear medicine and sound engineering. And upon graduation decided i would follow my passion and do what i love in life.

I'm a straight forward person. If you have a question, feel free to ask :)

I'm a chef so I'm pretty much working long days! But when I do have a chance to relax, I love lounging at home, playing my piano, guitar, singing..

I enjoy a nice glass of wine and a cigar on occasion. Ask if you want to know specifics :)

I love sports. When ever the opportunity arises, I enjoy a round of golf.

Well considering that I'm a chef, Im sure I'm a great cook! Lol
However I've been told that I have a great voice, and that I give killer massages!!

I'm a very confident person. Not a cocky one but confident. I can make just about anyone feel very comfortable around me

Books: the great gatsby, old man and the sea, deception point, fight club, Angels and demons, Harry potter series, and THE FIRM!

Oh and I forgot.. lord of the rings. Some of the best literature ever written in my opinion

Writing fascinates me. It's a skill that I never learned to achieve.
