My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I really like smart and funny people. I'd love to find someone like that to spend time with, exploring the city and other places and going out and doing fun things and/or staying in and watching movies.

Oh, this seems to be important to people so I am an INFP.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm working (lawyer for artists & nonprofits), taking tons of boxing classes (as exercise/therapy, not a real vocation), spending lots of time being a friend (super important to me), reading books, idly contemplating that national novel writing month, trying to understand how dating works.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Everyone says I'm really funny. I think I'm kind of good at making people feel comfortable. I read quickly. I am a good sport.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Books: I read that new murakami book in one voracious weekend, so am obsessed with him like everyone else. Other recent books: little failure, brief wonderous life of Oscar Wao (junot Diaz is awesome; I think I am late to that particular party). I just bought americanah and some new translation of old Dostoevsky (red flag that I am a pretentious ass?oh well). Super fan of this guy edward p. Jones. Generally I like fiction, autobiography, and well-written stuff about history and whatnot. Right now I have been reading random trashy articles on my phone and no books, which is kind of lame.

Movies: I will have to revisit this. I love good quality movies and also formulaic action movies with explosions and well choreographed fights. Bonus points for prison fights.

Shows: I don't have cable but I watch game of thrones and orange is the new black. What should I rent on Netflix? Please advise. Oh, I watch hockey sometimes - or listen to it on the radio like a weirdo because of the no cable thing.

Music: I like old blues, r&b, punk, peppy girl bands, hip hop, outlaw country, some singer-songwriter type stuff or anything sung by men with gravelly voices, some of that newer stuff on the college radio ... So, everything?

Food: fish tacos, steak, pho, udon, scotch, barbecued things, home cooking.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Friends & family. 2. Gps on my phone (I was a terrible friend/family member before gps). 3. Some kind of vigorous exercise to keep me sane. 4. Delicious food. 5. Something to read. 6. The ocean.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Lists of things to do, how to optimize life generally, how are various people in my life doing, what should I make for lunch tomorrow.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Al fresco dining/drinking, checking out a show of some kind, or chilling out at home with some nice dinner and Otis Redding.
