My Self-Summary
im an artist (oil painter, people and landscapes),i love to travel
to unusual places , wander around museums and mountains, sunsets
over ancient forgotten cities, prefer fiction , do yoga, foreign
films, different kinds of music and foods, and vegetable gardens.
...definitely
a non conformist, dont follow the crowd rule breaker. .. though
im somewhat satisified with my life here, i feel a certain amount
of discontent and could see living a completely different life
somewhere else....the search for new unknown challenges is ever
present ..... i may be a dreamer but ive had my share of real life
experiences- both hard times and good times.
What I’m doing with my life
drawing and painting has been and is my main passion and purpose in
life , and i teach drawing and painting now, also am trying to
study chinese language and chinese brush drawing, need to learn
more about cooking,
I’m really good at
drawing and painting, appreciating the beauty of nature, traveling
in exotic places, enjoying different kinds of experiences and
environments, finding the hidden beauty in people.
The first things people usually notice about me
that i am a good hearted person and enjoy life, have a sense of
humor., can get along with all kinds of people
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
reading fiction , poetry, many kinds of movies and foreign films,
all kinds of music.... fiction ive read recently : natsume soseki-
"the three cornered world", penelope lively -"the city of the
mind", . jean-claude izzo "total chaos" enjoyed the french film"
tell no one" the chinese film "cell phone" , also the film "il
postino" .....
The six things I could never do without
drawing,romantic love, swimming, yoga,good food , friendship and i
couldnt imagine a world without fiction and hot showers
I spend a lot of time thinking about
what to paint, create or change, looking for a good book to read,
searching for inspiration in unknown corners, staying healthy
On a typical Friday night I am
with friends or just hanging out in my place.( i actually teach
painting on friday nights now)
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
that i still believe in the miracle of love,..... maybe im too shy
right now.
