recently, a Hella Jongerius vase which I consider to be a prized possession broke when its shelf collapsed upon me as I slept beneath it ( long story, but trust that I fully know how to install a shelf). the biggest, gnarliest ceramic shard nearly stabbed my brain through my temple. I was more upset about the irreplaceable vase having shattered than i was almost being killed by it.

you should know that I was also super upset that Arsenal lost later that morning. i'm not gay.
