I enjoy my work. Amicable divorce. Comfortable in my own skin. Snarky as fuck! Intelligence in high heels! Wait, I meant I prefer that. Adventurous. Risk taker. Love to travel. Local, not big box. Good friend. Comfortable in blue jeans or suit. I usually mix the two.
Traveling to cool places when I can. This past year it was East coast twice, Dallas, Hawaii, England and Scotland.
Being a good friend. - I care for those I'm close to.
Over thinking stuff.
I prefer films to movies. If you get the difference, we'll get along.
Music is really all over the board. 80's and 90's alt. Some classic rock. Swing. I also love classical, mostly Baroque. Otis Redding, Louis Armstrong's La Vie en Rose or anything by Cole Porter!
I mostly read non-fiction, trade journals, self improvement, business theory. Ethical Slut, Opening Up and workshops on relationship stuff. I've recently read some Bill Bryson. I like his style. The Walk in the Woods movie trailer was bit disappointing. If you have a recommendation for a some good literature, I'd love to hear about it.
Portland has some great options. I'm a whiskey drinker and if a place makes a good boulevardier, it's a safe bet the menu is fabulous! I just moved into a new neighborhood and so far have discovered The Pope House, 23 Hoyt, and a couple of other gems within walking distance.
