I'm a self-proclaimed nerd, card carrying and proud of it. And I will rule the world one day!... But not today. I'm very much into physics/math, as well as most other sciences. I used to be a gamer, but don't have the free time anymore. I love hearing about what inspires people, and learning about the world. TED Talks/RSAnimate are super-awesome, and if you haven't heard of them you're missing out. I'm an eternal student, though not always in the traditional sense. I grew up in the mountains on a small farm in the middle of nowhere. Oddly enough, I feel I was born in the wrong decade (for various reasons), and think I may have been better suited for the 30/40s. My priorities are to live life with integrity, make a positive impact on those around me, and be happy.

I am one of the few people who is working in the field he went to school for. I work with physicians and staff who treat cancer using radiation. Most days I love my job, except when I feel like I live there. I'm working on that.

As I give 110% at work, at times for long hours, I have a tendency to stay in than venture out if given the choice. Weekends are a different story depending on the minions, I mean friends... involved.

When not busy with work, I'm fairly mundane, in the sense of I like to travel, read and go out dancing. I very much want to go to Portugal next...

Also, catching up on the Savage Love Podcasts.

Puzzles/brain-teasers, particularly physical/mathematical ones. At times I can be very charismatic, I get along with most anyone, though I only let a selective few close.

Rambling too, which you can tell by the often too long sentences that aren't quite run-ons... I'm getting better at keeping it short... To the point. Just say "skip to the end" if a story is carrying on. (Points if you know where that is from)

Also, being distracted... now where was I?

I have a unique style, which on certain days can get compliments. I never had fashion sense growing up, but have acquired some, perhaps through osmosis or rubbing against those who have a natural talent... I might scientifically test it later. I probably own more shoes than you do (particularly Fluevogs). Some might call it an obsession, I call it awesome.

I've a few kilts that I like to wear when not at work. And if I wear short sleeves, then you might notice my tattoos.

I've a very eclectic taste in most things, so this is just a smattering that I've kept short'ish so as not to overwhelm.

A lot of time lately is spent on how to be more efficient, at work, at home, in my free time... this has led me to re-evaluate how I see the world. This is a good thing.

And how to make time... if I can do that I'll be rich!

Trying to take over the world! Or at work. They aren't mutually exclusive...

I'm not vanilla.

If you are comfortable with yourself. If you are at least getting your shit together. If you can communicate with reasonable grammar and spelling (typos okay). Proper capital use will get brownie points. Points can be redeemed for candy.

I don't have a lot of free time, but will make some for those who are interesting. Tolerance for flakes is low.
