I'm a grad student living in Berkeley. I spend most of my free time with friends, which involves playing games, going dancing, watching movies, walking around town. We also like to forge through select television series of choice including Firefly and Buffy - there are a few others, but you'll have to ask me.

I consider myself a pretty active guy - I either bike or walk everywhere I go. I like to run at the beach when I visit Santa Barbara, which has a special place in my heart. I also lift weights several times a week with my gym buddy.

My family is important to me. I have good relationships with my mom, dad, and many brothers -- despite the fact that many of them are actively Mormon. The whole proposition 8 debacle threw one hell of a wrench into some of my relationships with my extended family members, but I digress. I aspire to be a father someday and I'd like to get to know more guys who feel the same way. Personally, I think it's totally hot when a guy is optimistic about marriage, children and family.

Other interests: hiking, running, biking, weight-lifting, beaches, cooking, fresh fruit, spicy food, theater, musicals, politics, mathematics, physics, massage, cuddling, ask me.

Movies? How about Contact, Mamma Mia!, Alien Ressurection, Stardust, and - oh I don't know - Xanadu heh heh. Pretty much anything that is either romantic, gay, science-fiction, or just really funny.
