I am ardent, progressive, and sentimental.

My Self-Summary

I was being teased for having such a short self-summary. Fine. You win. This is the unabridged version:

My name is Jill. That is important. It amazes me that in all the IMs and messages that I've received no one introduced themselves or asked me my name. Kind of step one, isn't it?

I'm a writer. I'm working on publishing my first book. My memoirs. I know I'm a bit young to be writing my memoirs but I've lived about three lives already. I have a lot to say. I think it'll be pretty entertaining.

I'm a well-dressed hippie. To look at me, you would think I'm your typical fairly attractive young woman that wears Ugg boots and can be found with a $9 martini at the club. This is true. But in addition to that, I'm a huge nerd that listens to John Denver and the Grateful Dead, goes to anti-war rallies, and loves a good philosophical heart-to-heart around a bonfire.

I'm a huge proponent of using the internet for meeting people. I've met clients, great female friends, and my last two serious boyfriends online. So for those that have never done this before and are skeptical if success is possible- have no fear!

I don't like sports. And I tend to not get along well with people that are sports fanatics. I know this cuts off my chances with 98% of the men on here but I thought it best to be honest. I like to LIVE life not watch other people do it so I'd much rather ride a bike, enjoy the outdoor seating at a restaurant, go to an amusement park, dance in the street at a block party, go bar hopping, listen to a live band, SOMETHING that is making my own memories of my time on this earth. My biggest fear is being on my death bed and thinking that I didn't take enough chances- that I didn't grab life by the balls enough. In my humble opinion, spending nights and weekends watching people run around on TV is the definition of not grabbing life by the balls.

What I’m doing with my life

I'm getting my Ph.D. part time just for the fun of it.
I also work full-time. Trying to make the most of my youth and health while I have them.

The first things people usually notice about me

Physically, they notice my boobs first.

Interpersonally, they notice that I'm intimidating as hell to people that notice my boobs first.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Book: Catcher in the Rye

Movie: A Bronx Tale

Song: Bohemian Rhapsody

Food: Cheese

The six things I could never do without

I'm not feeling creative enough right now to come up with this arbitrary list.

On a typical Friday night I am

Dancing

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I'm google-able. It's kind of creepy but cool at the same time.
