I teach preschool by day and work in theatre by night which
basically means I make my entire living by playing pretend. When
I'm not too busy to eat or sleep, I relish surprising adventures,
hilarious conversation, colorful sparkly pretty things, and
everything bizarre and surreal.

How lucky I am.
On a typical Friday night I am
Dancing. Adventuring. Having midnight picnics. Sitting around in my
underwear watching Doctor Who. Singing karaoke. Having a drink with
friends. Teetering on a tall rickety ladder focusing lights or
painting something. Figuring out how to make
curry/pastries/whatever in a kitchen somewhere. Satiating
curiosity. Discovering any new weird shit to do that I hadn't known
about before.
