My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I will no doubt be adding to this - and here is a start...

It is fall - almost winter now. I like taking walks in the summer and would love to take a walk with that special someone and observe the world in the fall and winter while holding hands and stopping every once in a while to kiss.

I express my gratitude as much as possible.

I am a simple person and like simple things - and complex things as well - like art and music

I am divorced. I have 3 children - boy and girl twins 22, and in college, and a boy, 25, out there in the real world.

I have been blessed to travel the world thru music - quite an adventure!

I enjoy the Phillies, the Eagles, and motorsports - NASCAR, Formula 1, Indy Car, Sports Car - ALMS and Grand Am, Dirt Track - Grandview Speedway. I see a whole world in motorsports that is way more involved than just cars going fast. For me, it is about living in the moment, trusting in the power of the infinite - just like music improvisation - if you think too much about it, the moment is gone - you need to trust your instincts. To me, that trust is about God, the Creator, whatever the chosen word is to signify that something that is bigger than me. Letting go and letting God. I like to go to games and races. It is exciting being there live!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Playing, teaching, recording music. walks in nature and around Philadelphia. Finding inspiration in the simple things in life - and the complex. I love to teach folks - especially children - about the power and mystery of music. I like going to Art museums and get inspired by the amazing art that people have chosen to spend their time to make.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Listening. Looking on the bright side of life.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My positive attitude and my straight forwardness.

Let's see...

Books - Eat, Pray, Love - Elizabeth Gilbert. The Snow Leopard - Peter Mattthiessen. Effortless Mastery - Kenny Werner. Learning To Fly - Sam Keen. The Music Lesson - Victor Wooten

Movies - I like going to the Film Festival here in Philadelphia - have seen some great, some good, and some bizarre films there. Some films I like are: Kenny. Cars. Throw Down Your Heart. Big Fish. Grand Prix. What The Bleep Do We Know. Man On Wire.

Music - All of it! The world of Music is endless and a perpetual source of inspiration and inquiry.
Bach, David Darling, David Bowie, Bridges And Poems, John Coltrane, Charles Mingus, Count Basie, Stan Kenton, Pink Floyd, Yes, Genesis, Debussy, Copland, Gershwin, Eric Clapton, Muddy Waters, Phil Woods, Miles Davis, Keith Jarrett, Bela Fleck and The Flecktones, Bela Bartok, Beethoven, Mozart, Bernstein, Eddie Daniels, George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic, Atticus and Ike, Pia Toscano, Odean Pope, Stan Getz, Frank Zappa, Todd Rundgren,

Food - Sushi, Pizza, Pasta, Thai, Vegetarian, Meat. When I am in a different part of the world, I like to eat regional foods - the most bizarre was while in Morocco I ate goat brain - only a couple of bites as it was way to foreign for my palette.
