I hate this part! I am a free spirit, pretty adventurous, love to laugh. I take life as it comes and enjoy each day to its fullest. I try hard to be in the moment at all times. Favorite books are anything by Toni Morrison (especially Beloved), Jeffrey Deaver's Lincoln Rhyme novels, and a lengthy list of wildly varied titles and authors. Favorite movies are anything Harry Potter; Love, Actually; Children of Men; Glory; Pan's Labyrinth; Love Jones....
Favorite music - neosoul, r&b, some hip hop, a lil gospel, a bit of rock, a teeny bit of country, some blues...
Favorite food - I am from New Orleans, food is a part of who I am...if it tastes good or looks like it tastes good, I will eat it! I love gumbo and all my hometown favorites, of course, but I also love sushi, baklava, schwarma, kung pao, burritos, barbecue, spumoni, all kinds of pasta, a nice filet mignon, a good burger, fried chicken...you get the picture. And pair any of those with a good wine, and you have made yourself a friend in me!
