I am a 28 year old who is going through changes in my life. I try to look at these changes a blessing, even the hard ones. I am blessed that I have a job that makes me feel like I make a small difference. The people that I work with make me know that what problems I face aren't always as bad as I think that they are. I can be shy at first, but out going friendly and fun when ready. Usually happy and smiling. Willing to try new things, even listen to different points of views. :-)

Been working as a Residential Counselor for adults with mental disabilities for 8 years. Enjoy the work. Wanting to start a ministry for making hats or blankets for children in need.

Being short. Been doing that all my life. Knitting random things. Usually have several projects going at once. Got to change it up once in a while.

Some would say my smile and eyes. Others my shortness!!

Movie: The Princess Bride, Finding Nemo, Disney movies and sometimes a good Lifetime movie thanks to work!!
Books: Bible, learning books
Music : about anything but rap
TV: NCIS and LA, Law and Order, Criminal Minds, true crime, learning shows, craft shows
Food: Pasta, Burgers and Fries, Chinese, and willing to explore the world of food as long as I can eat it (allergic to milk)

God's love and grace. Sleep, Basic needs, Family and Friends, food and water, and a car to get me places.

My bible studies, where the country is going, politics. What project I should be working on. What I want to be when I grow up. What kind of ministry am I supposed to be in. Wanting to start a knitting misistry to make blankets, hats, scarves for kids in need. Trying to get the logistics right.

I am either working or I try to go out with friends or family. Or working on one of my projects.

James 1:2-8 is one of my favorite verses! really makes you think!
Especially verse 2. A hard verse to live by.
Trials and Temptations

2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters,[a] whenever you face trials of many kinds,

3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.
4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
5 If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. 6 But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.
7 That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord.
8 Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do.
