My self-summary Propose an edit
I'm 24. I'm still figuring out who I am and what I want. I love
people. I especially love people that I feel I can learn from. I am
self-critical, but I am also a rather happy person- I enjoy life as
a general rule.
Career-wise: I graduated from Duke and immediately moved out to the
Bay for Teach for America. I am starting my second year as an 8th
grade science teacher through in East Oakland. I want to be a
doctor eventually. Don't be intimidated by that (=.
Otherwise: I love to read. I love to learn new things. I love to be
outside. I wish I knew more people willing to go skiing, hiking,
and randomly exploring. This summer I spent a month working on my
Spanish in Mexico and in the process learned how to surf. (=
