My self-summary Propose an edit

I’m complex, funny, smart, quick-witted, patient, caring, loving, truthful, honest and sometimes random. I don’t sew, knit, paint or make anything spectacular so if you were looking for a ‘homely housewife’ then I’m not that person. I would love to say I spend hours in the kitchen conjuring up wonderful meals but that would be a lie …I CAN cook and I can do it very well if I choose to. I enjoy preparing great meals with great food and eating it with great company …but that doesn’t happen as often as it probably should!
I’m very music orientated, I absolutely love all music, it inspires me and is something I couldn’t live without. My mood dictates my music choices but it’s usually loud. I go to see bands a lot. Whether they are hugely famous or a guy playing his guitar in the local pub, it doesn’t matter …I appreciate people who take the time to promote something they are passionate about …everyone starts somewhere.
I like to think I’m organised …and I can be, though I find as I’ve got older that organisation has been taken over by last minute decisions due to the fact I’ve completely forgotten what I should have been doing …I’ll put that down to age. I function well under stress which is a good thing (I think). Oh, and I think too much, way too much, I wish I didn’t analyse everything!
I love 50’s/retro/gothic/vintage styles. I adore burlesque shows and gay clubs. I love dancing. I appreciate art and all works by Mark Ryden. I buy too much make-up and I text a lot.
I love life and the wonderful people I share my life with, my wonderful boys who I am very proud of, my extremely close family and my many fabulous friends.

Movies: Horrors, chick flicks, supernatural thrillers
Music: Rock, metal, goth, hardcore drum 'n' bass, techno and pretty much anything that fits in between!
Food: I don't eat red meat and rarely eat chicken but I enjoy Italian, Thai, M&S salmon and watercress sandwiches when I've got a hangover! and Ben and Jerry's fish food.
