I am not so good at summarizing myself... I like to read. I like to do things I've never done before. I like to do things I wasn't sure I could do, or that I was scared to try. I am not good at keeping up with the latest TV shows. I'm entertained when my friends try to educate me about the latest TV shows. I like to figure out what your favorite kind of ice cream is, and bring it to you by surprise. I can do pull-ups and push-ups. I like riding a bicycle but I'd rather ride a horse if I had the choice. I am kinda clumsy. I tend to fall off of bikes and horses... yet strangely I have never had an injury requiring stitches or a cast. I love dogs. I will try almost anything once. I can cook an amazing variety of stir-frys and lasagnas, and that's about it. I am shy about summarizing myself... it feels a little like writing ad copy.
One other important thing: I am new to the idea of polyamory and interested in potentially exploring it. But... if we're a great match, and sexual monogamy is a must for you, I wouldn't turn it down.

Going to grad school. In the psychology department, studying evolutionary explanations of human behavior. Loving the teaching part, and the part where I sleep in 'cause it doesn't matter when I do my work.
In my spare time, working on being a happy person, appreciating life, and cultivating close, warm, rewarding relationships.

Doing the dishes at your house. Doing the dishes at my house is boring. Your dishes are new and kinda exciting.
I'm also pretty good at appreciating the interestingness of all different kinds of people.

I'm not sure, but it might be my non-traditionally-colored hair. If you meet me, and it's something else, tell me! I'm curious.

Hm, well, three of my favorites are Frank McCourt, Dostoevsky, and Anne Sexton... how's that for a combination. I like to read anything that's well-crafted -- Woolf, Plath, Dickens, Chekhov, Henry James, T. S. Eliot, Faulkner, Mark Twain, love it all.
I like vegetarian food of all kinds, except that I have an abiding distaste for mushrooms.
TV-wise, lately it's Arrested Development on Hulu.

A toothbrush, physical contact, getting some exercise, lovable people, meta-cognition (not necessarily in that order)... and the last one I'll leave open for whatever is that thing I can't live without but can't remember right now.

Could be anything. Still at school working. Out having a drink and dancing. At a friend's house making dinner. Babysitting my god-daughter. Napping. Ok, I don't actually nap much, but I always like the idea of napping, especially if it involves laying my head on someone.

I watched the entire season of "Average Joe." I have no good explanation for this behavior.

You like to flirt in creative ways, you're up for some fun, you like to cuddle up close and talk, you think we might learn something about ourselves or about life from knowing each other, you're not totally repelled by the idea of poly relationships, and you're ok with the fact that sometimes I can be pretty busy -- my school life seems to lend itself to mellow times interspersed with deadlines.
If you are most of the above and are also willing to go way out of your way to avoid destroying a pristine new spiderweb, then I'm already kinda crushing on you.
And finally... I'm generally more interested in women, though there are certainly exceptions!
