My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I don't care for talking about myself and I'm rather bad at it; however, I like popular culture, Flemish and Dutch art, and scarves. I have had my art exhibited both on the interwebs and in galleries; the last show I participated in was Home Girls Make Some Noise: Feminist Rhetoric for Social Justice. I majored in photography at OCC, apparently minored in women's studies (but never declared it, because I didn't know it existed).

I love the BBC; I'm a huge fan of Absolutely Fabulous and anything performed by Jennifer Saunders and Dawn French.

Upon meeting me it is understandable that I'm "shy" but I consider it reserved. And that about covers it.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Currently I work as a consultant for AT&T, but it isn't as glamorous as it sounds. Prior I was attending Le Moyne for media studies and a minor in visual art. I've been in school for ages, and really have just figured out a rough plan of action.

Aside from academia I am aspiring to be a self-employed crafter concentrating on textiles and fiber arts. I'm not definite anything will come about with it, but there you go.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I don't know really. When I was in my first year of college I took a art history course, which I slept through mostly but when I took the final I was able to date art pretty accurately. I still am pretty spot on.

I'm pretty good at baking and other assorted domestic activities.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Hair, I think.

I read more non-fiction than fiction. Though I do like the short stories by Shirley Jackson. Academically speaking I tried to pull in texts that I would most likely read leisurely, which always ended up being a lot of poetry like Plath, Sexton, Rilke, Yeats, Sitwell, and Ginsburg (among others).

I absolutely love Kenneth Anger's "Magic Lantern Cycle", B-movies from the 50s and 60s (Romero, Corman, Castle), and the angst driven movies of the 1990s. I also wouldn't turn down an Audry Tautou film or any other foreign film for that matter.

Marianne Faithful, The Velvet Underground and Nico, Edith Piaf, Cibo Matto, Imogene Heap, The Pipettes, Portishead, Sonic Youth...
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Six "things" being the ambiguous word it is, at least in this context I suppose I can say I could never do with out the BBC, boots, scarves, a nice cup of tea, extremely caffeinated beverages, and books.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Things that need to be thought about? I guess it is circumstantial.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Home?
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Well then it wouldn't be private...
