Hey, everyone, I'm Don. Like many, attempting to summarize myself is a bit of a conundrum, but I'll try as best as I can.

I guess I'm just trying to live life to the fullest and have the best time possible while keeping my head on straight and making sure my priorities are in check, as well.

Music and film are, easily, some of my deepest passions in life. I'm a bit of a nerd, I read comic books and can talk your ear off about various things in pop-culture.

I'd like to just meet someone cool to hang out and potentially share some awesome memories with.

Just moved back to mid-town Detroit after a brief run out in Ferndale. I had good times there, but I'm very excited to be back in the city. I'm currently a carpet installer out in Royal Oak. Its a tough job, but I take pride in my work regardless. I took an extended hiatus from college, but I plan on getting back into it soon.

Saying that thing that's on everyone's mind but no one else is willing to say it. Oh, and telling very crude jokes.

I can be a little reserved around new people. But I definitely open up once I get to know them a little bit.

My Favorite novels are The Shining, One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest, and The Big Sleep. Currently digging on Neil Gaiman's "American Gods". I'm trying to cut out the comic books and dig into some more novels. Reccomend me something, I'm always looking for more reading material.

Comic Books/Graphic novels including Watchmen, Sandman, The Invisibles, Transmetropolitan, Preacher, Criminal and the not so impressive-sounding superhero stuff.

My favorite movies include The Godfather, The Dark Knight, Resevoir Dogs, The Big Lebowski, Clerks I&II, Scarface, The Departed, Goodfellas, Apocalypse Now, Saving Private Ryan, Kill Bill, Sin City, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, the 1st Matrix, and the original Star Wars trilogy.

My favorite bands include Nine Inch Nails, Queens of the Stone Age, The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Miles Davis, David Bowie, Black Sabbath, Mastodon, The Roots, The Doors, Iron Maiden, Jimi Hendrix, Herbie Hancock, Public Enemy, Jeff Beck, Marilyn Manson, The Mars Volta, Megadeth, bauhaus, The Foo Fighters, Ozzy, Pantera, and Alice in Chains.

Food wise, I love Greek and Italian. Also anything with hummus!

Hanging out with friends, seeing live bands, or sometimes resting after a hard days work.

I don't drive, I use public transportation. Though I'm changing that little factoid real soon :)
