My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I love to laugh and don't take myself too seriously. I love kids and yours are great, yet I have no desire to make any new ones - but we can still practice the techniques on a regular basis ;-)

I am easy going and prefer peace to arguing
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Living, Laughing, and maybe soon --- Loving You?

I work for a non-profit and my hobby is quantum physics M Theory
If it's sunny and I am not at work, you might find me hanging out where it's green like in GGP or Dolores Park or Duboce Park or at the Presidio or in one of the other great parks in SF. Occasionally I will also head over to the east bay and visit Lake Merritt.

My dog wants me to inform you he's not the jealous type either and he gets along great with cats and other dogs too. But mostly he wants you to know he loves coming to the park with me so if you want to date me, you need to be a dog-friendly kinda guy :-)

I love to spend hours in used book stores and I occasionally like to go to an antique or flea market - it's fun to treasure hunt!

I am a travel-aholic and travel both nationally and internationally.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Thought-provoking conversations, walking or hiking with my dog, hugging and kissing, cooking and camping
There's lot's more, so let's talk :)
The first things people usually notice about me

ACIM, The Road Less Traveled series (Scott Peck M.D.), the Visionary Window (Amit Goswami PhD), the Power of Now (Echart Tolle), the Tao of Physics and the Web of Life (Fritjof Capra), almost any book by Arthur C. Clark, Isaac Asimov, Ursula leGuinn, Peirs Anthony or Ray Bradbury. Almost any book that is educational - especially if it is in category of quantum physics, science, social studies or philosophy.
Not listed in any particular order: Cinema Paradiso, Groundhog Day, 90% of the StarTrek movies, The Princess Bride, The Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile, Lord of the Rings series, Matrix series, Total Recall, Tron, Ironman, Star Wars series, Spaceballs, Ice Pirates, Harry Potter series, Lady Hawk, Galaxy Quest, the Fifth Element, Stargate, the Terminator series, Avatar, the Day the Earth Stood Still, Enemy Mine, the Mummy, The Scorpion King, Blade Runner, Buckaroo Bonzai across the eighth dimension, The Running Man, Time Bandits, 2001 a Spacy Odyssey or most any science fiction movie.
(Music - I have eclectic taste so only a partial list / not in any order)
Train, New Order, Nora Jones, Death Cab for Cutie, REM, OMD, Interpol, Sarah McLachlan, Depeche Mode, Styx, Chris Allen, Adam Lambert, Lady Gaga, GreenDay, the Beatles, the Stones, Queen, U2, Rhianna, & Eminem & Pink too! It's probably easier to just list genres: most anything in the Motown, classical music, opera, big band, alternative, jazz, disco, beach bands from American (like the beach boys) to African/Caribbean steel marimba bands and so many more...except two genres - hardcore rap or old school country...I know there are millions of fans out there - sorry, I'm just not one of them.
My diet is eclectic - juicy steak or fresh fish on the grill, any kind of vegetable raw or cooked or juiced. Cuisines: Italian, Thai, Asian, Indian and Mexican dishes, a good southern Cajun etouffee, grilled lobster, most coffees, sparkling wines, moose tracks and butter pecan ice cream.

I love to eat out but I also love to stay at home and cook anything from appetizers for a few friends to grilled salmon or steaks to salads to vegetarian or vegan dishes for a picnic, a potluck or a large party.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Air - if air is on mountains or by the sea - even better
2. Water - hot showers, or if added to coffee grounds or fermented into wine or I'm sailing on it - perfect!
3. High-speed internet connection
4. Family/Friends
5. Sex
6. Music
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
If I'm in a totally cerebral mood:
What might I be doing right now in the other 10 dimensions of our multiverse?
If I'm in a practical mood:
When is the MUNI going to arrive so I can get where I want to go?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Not sure - Friday is not regularly scheduled - I usually decide at 4:30 pm.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm not crazy about handwashing dishes - I prefer a dishwasher
