My interests are wide and diverse. It's all about yin and yang. On any given day I might be strolling through Moma or out bowling with friends. Then on another cheering on the Yankees at the stadium with a cold beer in hand or at The Met opera listening to Verdi. Or maybe, sitting out in the park quietly meditating, then later on dancing at a lounge. I'm always up for expanding my existence.

With that you'll always find me practicing Krav Maga martial arts, running in Prospect Park, or out getting my golf swing working.

Rome, Tokyo, Paris, Prague, Sevilla, and St. Petersburg are all cities that I love. I visited Johannesburg last summer, and experienced great lessons in compassion and forgiveness. So, inspiring..

Then pour me a Lambrusco, Montepulciano, Manhattan, or Lagavullin 16.
