My self-summary Propose an edit
Let me tell you, one of my favourite places to be is in a coffee
shop. Doesn't have to be with people or drinking coffee- just the
atmosphere is very cool to me, but I suppose that's pretty cliche
for a twenty-something in the Cambridge-Somerville area!
I enjoy traveling along the East-coast in general, it keeps things
from getting stale and it's such a way to see different ways of
life. In honesty, if I had money or whatever, I would travel
further and more often, as nothing is more exciting to me then
taking off on a bus to the unknown and living out of a
suitcase!
My friends note I'm pretty passionate about music. I just think I'm
clinging to my failed rock star dreams. I'm also really passionate
about comic books, and by comic books, I mean Marvel.
What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit
Alot of things, but most of all, trying to have as much fun and
adventure as I can while I still can, because you never know what
will happen!
I'm really good at Propose an edit
Pretending like I have a plan.
Kinda-sorta-sewing.
Rambling on about whatever comic series I'm reading now. (Currently
Birds of Prey mixed with Iron Man.)
The first thing(s) people usually notice about me Propose an edit
My height. (Personally, I don't think 5' is all that short for a
girl, especially since I tend to wear heeled boots most of the
time, but people feel the need to comment on this.)
My favorite books, movies, music, and food Propose an edit
Books, eh? For some reason, people have this impression that I'm an
avid reader. Which is kinda true, if you count comic books. (I was
a BIG fan of Cable & Deadpool as well as Silver Sable & The
Wild Pack. But since those are long cancelled, I'm really digging
Iron Man: Director of S.H.I.E.L.D. which I prefer to The Invincible
Iron Man since the stories are more engaging and it features more
Tony Stark.) And autobiographies of rockstars. I just got finished
reading "Tommyland".
My favourite books are Catch 22, Alice In Wonderland (way to be
unique!) and U2: At the End of the World. I really need to re-read
them soon.
Oh movies. First off, I enjoy anything that has Al Pacino or John
Cusack in it. My top five would include: Wayne's World, High
Fidelity, The Departed, Iron Man and Carlito's Way. I can quote
almost all of Wayne's World, The Departed and Iron Man because I've
seen those three so many damn times. That being said, I'm pretty
open minded when it comes to film except for horror- I think it's
absolutely ridiculous and boring.
Music... My peference lies with 80's pop rock, especially hair
bands, but especially hair bands. I also enjoy classic rock. My
all-time favourite band is U2, but I do REALLY love Bon Jovi, which
I know is lame and have a sense of humor about it.
I also like Van Halen, Aerosmith, Motley Crue, Guns N Roses, Tom
Petty, Concrete Blonde, Nick Cave, No Doubt, Garbage and Stone
Temple Pilots.
Stevie Nicks is my idol.
As far as food goes, I admit, I'm a picky eater. I obviously really
like sweet things, and have a bad habit of always induldging.
Fountain soda in a resturant requires sugar added to it in order to
be to my satisfaction.
But more specifically, I LOVE pub foods, Italian and Japanese food.
I don't get the fascination with Indian.
The six things I could never do without Propose an edit
I've learned that eventually, I can do without most things, even
when I thought I wouldn't.
I spend a lot of time thinking about Propose an edit
About life, love and strange relationships... oh, wait, that's a
line from a Stevie Nicks song.
Honestly, I think alot about human nature, outfits I want to sew
and what is on the agenda for the day. Or just listening to
whatever song is stuck in my head. That happens alot. Right now, I
have "Candlebright" by Stevie Nicks stuck in my head.

Well then it wouldn't be very private, now would it?
