Your Notes
Edit your notesI am intelligent, engaging, and pulchritudinous.
My Self-Summary
I'm an ignostic atheist. That's not a typo. I'm into philosophy, enjoying the works of Nietzsche, Albert Camus, Kant, and others. I also like poetry and writing; my favorite writer is Stephen Crane. I am a secular humanist and an absurdist. I like to think, ponder, and philosophize. I am a skeptic, blogger, webmaster, and attention-whore. I am a libertarian socialist, pro-gay-rights, pro-choice, a feminist, pro-Separation of Church and State, and anti-discrimination (ie, anti-unjust-judgment).
That's the straight facts of it, but let me give you the low-down. I think a lot, and sometimes it puts people off. And yeah, chances are, I'm smarter than you. Don't take it personally, I don't look down on people for being less intelligent; I'm not elitist. And if you are more intelligent than me, chances are you'll interest me and have my envy (but not my jealousy).
I should take a moment to describe my sexuality, so that people aren't confused by the "bisexual" declaration. I should really change it, but I haven't figured out how (I'm rather lazy, mind you) and it gives me a good excuse to add this little blurb. I put "bi" when I was still in the process of discovering my sexuality. I'm generally more often attracted to women than to men, though I am occasionally attracted to the latter. (Hugh Jackman for instance-- OHEMGEE.) And by attracted I don't mean, "oh, that's an attractive guy," I mean, "I'm aroused by that." It's just not all that often, and I've never been in a relationship with a man either, so who knows the details about that aspect of my sexuality. I don't. Just a heads up to all you men; I'm a gamble.
What I’m doing with my life
Who cares where my life is. While I do have high goals for myself (if you consider a doctorate in Philosophy a high goal), I don't much care to have a "high position" (whatever that means) in life. I live life to live it. If you want to judge me for my overall lack of ambition, feel free; frankly, I'm fine with myself that way. I've already seen and done a lot in my life, without even actively trying to. I've been all over the States and overseas, so if I die without doing much else, I'll still die happy. Can you say the same?
I will say, though, that I plan on going to New York City soon-ish. I've always wanted to go and never been. Which is kind of funny when you consider I've been to places like Seattle, San Francisco, Reno, and even Germany (Nuremberg). Do you want to come with me? Road trip!!

The first things people usually notice about me
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
The six things I could never do without
* Writing material. Writing can get you through the tough times and amplify the good times. Plus, it kills boredom!
* Internet. Who CAN do without it, though?
* Books. What. I enjoy reading. STFU.
* Sex. I didn't want to add this because I wanted to come off as deep and interesting, but who the fuck am I kidding. I like sex.
* Friends. They're good to have.
* Medication. It always seems like geniuses have a mental illness.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
You should message me if
Also message me immediately if you live in the area and you play (or are interested in playing) Dungeons and Dragons.
Message me if you know what "Occam's Razor" is without having to look it up. I think that's a fair litmus test. :P (But if you don't know what it is, you're still allowed to message me.)
