Espresso in Milano or eating penne arribiata at il giardino near Lago Garde. Hanging at the Kempinski Airport Hotel in Munich eating a fabulous meal waiting for my next excursion. I have friends in countless countries! Just a phone call away and I always have a place to stay!

I had a wonderful opportunity to train all over the world with masters of the martial arts and healing massage. I'm very fortunate because I get to travel teaching what I love.I am an instructor of Many forms of Martial Arts, Body restoration massage,Taoist meditation and I also train Special Forces soldiers, Federal Agents, and security contractors.

FYI! I love working out! I have non stop energy and if I'm not working out or doing something fun, I feel stagnant! You will have to keep up with me.
