I work in student services at a small college. Basically, my workday consists of 1) talking to students and keeping them happy and 2) doing reports that stop the school from getting shut down. It's as exciting as it sounds.

Learning to play guitar, resorting to ukulele when it gets too hard.

Going to shows.

Trying new restaurants. [most recent amazing place: Soleil Westwood in L.A. -- the poutine is deadly.]

Learning to stop worrying and love beer.

Snappy comebacks, word games, and making stiff drinks.

...That is to say, I can and do rock suits without looking like a yuppie or a hipster douchebag.

MOVIES: Happiness, Amelie, (500) Days of Summer, Kill Bill.

MUSIC: La Sera, Pretty Lights, Girls, Beach House, The Drums, She & Him, Washed Out, Fleet Foxes, Sleigh Bells, CFCF.

FOOD: I will always love sushi, risotto, and spicy chocolate gelato.

TV: Wonder Showzen was the best show in the history of television. Adventure Time, maybe. I recently fell in love with Aubrey Plaza, so Parks and Recreation, too.
