My self-summary
Currently in San Diego (born and raised), but San Francisco has my heart.

I'll try anything twice.
What I’m doing with my life
As of 05/13/13: Enjoying my last months in San Diego before I head east and start law school at UVA.

...

I work in student services at a small college. Basically, my workday consists of 1) talking to students and keeping them happy and 2) doing reports that stop the school from getting shut down. It's as exciting as it sounds.

Writing music. Some sample songs here.

Learning to play guitar, resorting to ukulele when it gets too hard.

Blogging(<--this is a link) and writing short stories.

Going to shows.

Trying new restaurants. [most recent amazing place: Soleil Westwood in L.A. -- the poutine is deadly.]

Learning to stop worrying and love beer.
I’m really good at
Snappy comebacks, word games, and making stiff drinks.
The first things people usually notice about me
Nice tie.

...That is to say, I can and do rock suits without looking like a yuppie or a hipster douchebag.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
BOOKS: The Stranger, The Elegant Universe, The Sun Also Rises. And anything by David Sedaris.

MOVIES: Happiness, Amelie, (500) Days of Summer, Kill Bill.

MUSIC: La Sera, Pretty Lights, Girls, Beach House, The Drums, She & Him, Washed Out, Fleet Foxes, Sleigh Bells, CFCF.

FOOD: I will always love sushi, risotto, and spicy chocolate gelato.

TV: Wonder Showzen was the best show in the history of television. Adventure Time, maybe. I recently fell in love with Aubrey Plaza, so Parks and Recreation, too.
The six things I could never do without
Something to write with, something to write on, FL Studio, xkcd,
derpdy, derp.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How much time Pitbull spends writing his songs, and whether he goes to sleep feeling good about what he does.
On a typical Friday night I am
Often: Relaxing with nice friends and a nice bowl.
Often: At a concert.

Sometimes: At home, working on music or a story.
Sometimes: Drunkenly stumbling around north park.

Never: Doing nothing.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I think that Demi Lovato song "Give Your Heart A Break" is fucking cute as fuck.

(If you disagree, well,
you're wrong.)
I’m looking for
  • Girls who like guys
  • Ages 20–35
  • Located anywhere
