Update to the Update,.. I'm going to be in Miami for 3 weeks due to vacation (much deserved) and a wedding i'm invited to. Will be back in NYC after mid Jan. This self- summary needed an update so enjoy: First of all I'm native to South Florida (Miami to be exact) and no,..I'm not Cuban! You have no idea how often I get that,..Secondly,..I am an Industrial Designer (I.e: Design products for a living). 3rd.... I've traveled quite a bit,..for school (when I was in school,..) work (not as much anymore) and pleasuresure (asas often as possible,..next trip: ASIA)! 4th. I attended college in Michigan (Detroit) but interned in Europe (Germany) and after college hopped around Florida, California and Kansas for work so I have a profound allegiance to Michigan football, Kansas basketball (Go KU) and a strong devotion for German Beer! I'm fun and sometimes a kid but at heart and I don't take myself serious at all unless it's work related. As odd as that sounds though, I love culture and arts,..grew up with a musical and artistic background so by default I'm definitely a good date for a museum, bar or the occasional karaoke.

uhmmm,..what else,.. I am currently in the phase of my life where I want to find someone serious about dating long-term,.. I'm sick of the NYC bar scene,..it's not easy to meet women in bars,..besides,..I won't be able to hear about your amazing trip to Europe with all the noise around us!!! I prefer a quiet dinner and wine.

Finally.,..to add on to the experience (thanks for still reading on btw); I'm not perfect but I'm definitely loyal,..i don't bullshit and hate getting bullshit from women,..I tell you how it is and expect the same from my partner,.I expect her to be fun,...get up and go "honey,..let's go to the MET,..or Lincoln Center and watch an Opera,..or "wanna go salsa dance tonight",..yeah,..I want that kind of girl!!! One that takes care of herself,..is healthy and fun , adventurous and worldly and willing to try things out,..not afraid to get called on her shit and recognizes that a relationship is to build upon! then drop an e-mail...I'm a busy man so it might take a while. Ciao ladies!
- A bigtime foodie and love to try new things out. I can be such a nerd, love science, design, art's, galleries, museums and going to event's. This is pretty much how goes with everything I do now!

- Love to travel and have done the miles to prove it so if it's wether for work or personal and I love the fact I can meet people from all over the world anywhere I go or right here in NYC. looking for someone special.to share adventures with and def. I'm all about a goodtime,..don't plan, just do!!!

Currently started a new job at a design firm in Long Island .,...loving it so far and enjoying working with talented designer's in all level's but I'm also a Senior Design consultant (which is a fancy word for a freelancer) but it's nice to work with different clients in the area's of design, architecture, interiors and engineering.
So far this experience is making my NYC life more exciting and challenging. Plan onon doing my Master's sometime in 2012,.update: on hold until end of 2013 :).don't know yet but I am becoming attracted to teaching (History perhaps)..... still reviewing this possibility though! Now I just need a pretty, smart and ambitious senorita by my side to enjoy life with! Not much to ask no? No pressure!!!

-Books: just read "The Art of Travel"by Alain De Botton, movies...comedies, suspense, thrillers and scifi,..I do also like indie films and theatre (actually going to one and sitting down)!!! There is much more but I don't want to A.) bore you with the details (what's the point of the date then?) and B. too lazy at this time to write the 100+ some odd books that I can think off in my head!

-Music? Paramore, MCR, The Used, GoGo Bordello, The Format, The Postelles (Brooklyynn), Escape the Fate, Frank Sinatra (don't hate), Classical Music (I.E., Mozart, Bethoven,etc...please educate yourself if you don't know who they are,..there's google :), Kill Hannah, The Acadamy is,... Ferry Corsten, PVD, aBOVE AND bEYOND,lUPE fIASCO, Carlos Santana, Salsa music, Trance music ( I lived in Miami,..it was something you got used to ,..)...and yesss...Wu-Tang :)

- Food? Seriouslyyy,..I love food! all types of food,..not the burned cause you can't cook type,..but actual eatable food!!!Thai, Italian, latin american, pan american,sushi, Ethiopian,..you name it,..chances are I've had it!!!= I love to eat,..but don't we all?

-Movies- this list is so long to do here!!!

-Shows: 30ROCK, DEXTER, The Tudors, Dead like Me, How I met your Mother, Robot Chicken, TOSH.O, Scrubs, The Inbetweeners(a U.K. show), The Daily Show, The Soup, It's Always Sunny in Philadephia, Top Gear, Mad Men, History Channel Specials and any good documentaries (I'm a nerd in this department!!!), Cash Cab, The Angry Beavers (lol,..yes) and Invader Zim!!! :)

Friday's,..I start planning for friday since monday: so entertainment, going out, trying new restaurants, places,..networking and going to galleries, shows and anything and everything I can try to fit in my schedule really!
Drawing,...I draw a lot,..painting? uhhh,..not so much...
trying something new I just learned from the food network...or burning it for that matter!!!

This is NYC,..we have no typical Friday's,.. but a movie, dinner or museum event us common,..suggestions+dinner=date are welcomed!
