i've been compared to a newfoundland puppy more often than i realize. i get to do what i love and have learned to live richly while not being rich. i've been rich and poor well off and homeless and shy and a showman and here and there. i love travelling and keeping busy. i have a wide social network with a career that enables me to celebrate being alive at all volume levels. i usually think of exactly what i want to say en route somewhere and have forgotten it by the time i get the chance to write it down.

i'm a musician, motorcyclist, forever trying to get a regular exercise plan going, bicyclist, burner, actor, teacher, comic, smart ass, wide-eyed, bashful, talkative, a night owl, worried about the mundane things, cynical, jaded, yet optimistic and have hope for the world.

i love observing and analying and forming theories to debunk or prove. i was raised by analysts so i like to talk about talking about things.

I am alert, talkative, and easily distracted.

I have also had a couple experiences in the past that have left me gunshy about making the first move for fear of offending someone. But it's something I am working on, much like all of life's lessons. that being said, if you want to hear from me, please say hello!

working on music, teaching it, performing it, trying to understand better ways to get what i hear in my head to sound like it coming back in through my ears;

i spend most of my time rushing about from place to place or activity to activity. my most productive day this week was recording guitar tracks, making mung bean soup, washing the truck (v6 not one of those jacked up gas hogs), and doing two loads of laundry. all at once. the rest of the day was spent catching up on tikibar tv episodes and watching the mighty boosh on youtube.

i'm not the most macho of males and was raised to believe that every one is equal. that being said i will open the door for you.

music: there's very little i don't like in music. i'm most often listening to peter tosh, somafm's groove salad or radioio's ambient channels, morcheeba, ooah, raydeus, anything from Pink Mammoth or Space Cowboys, lustral, fat boy slim, black crowes, james blunt, robert randolph, black eyed peas, blue october, et al.

food: i'm a sucker for sushi (preferably responsibly/consciously offered) and thai food. i'm almost vegetarian and prefer to make my own rather than eat out. however, i will save up for being bountiful, honoring, divine, abundant, accepting and cool. especially on birthdays.
