I am creative, kind and committed to looking within to see how noticing and changing my old patterns subtly and instantly shifts my relationship to everything else. I'm blessed to be doing some fabulous work with creative post-menopausal women, bringing their visions and voices into the world. I'm a healer, writer, editor, natural foods cookbook author and artist, doing my best to steward the land I live on. I love island living for the great peace and wonderful community it nurtures. And yes, I'm grateful too, to be only a short ferry-ride away from the diversity of city-life:) I enjoy singing in the Free-Range Folk Choir, daily qi gong, theater, delicious organic food, intimate and engaging conversation, meditation, music, belly laughter, acting in community theater and peaceful nights cuddling at home.
