I am a lecturer at a local university, but that is just my job. I love doing it, but there is so much more to life. I enjoy spending time with friends and family and am constantly traveling it seems, but that is okay too...I like to travel!

I work, volunteer, and socialize...what do you do?

Being imperfect...I have perfected that!

My smile ... or so I have been told.

I just love to read...anything! I even read the back of the cereal box if I have nothing else to read! LOL.

I have eclectic tastes in music and depending on my mood listen to opera, southern rock, classical, country, disco, 60s, 80s, broadway show tunes, etc.

Food is food....will try anything once and if I like try to figure out how to make it!

What am I forgetting? Movies....oh yeah...I enjoy sci-fi, action, drama, romance, old black and white, foreign (if subtitles are big enough to read!)

--my glasses or contacts--legally blind without corrective lenses
--warped sense of humor--that is just me!
--chocolate--it is the food of the gods!
--plain tea--just give me the caffeine drip...no sugar or lemon needed
--something to read--anything to read, internet, books, cereal box
--my friends and family--because they are my support

Life in general. Am I living my life the way I want to and in a manner that would make those who have gone before me proud? Am I doing things that help society and not hurt it? I am helping others or am I being selfish? And some days I just contemplate my navel!
