Hey there, I’m Robert. To start with, I wanted a third party to describe myself, so I asked my brother what makes me unique. He had this to say ... and I quote, "...an intelligent, witty, humorous, caring, independent, sometimes stubborn, think outside of the box kind of guy. You have your imperfections and have made your mistakes but, who hasn't? You have this special quality about you that is hard to pinpoint but it makes you who you are. You are always putting people before yourself and will go through hoops to make sure that whoever is in your life is happy. You are the person who makes a choice and doesn't look back on it...you take whatever the outcome is; and either reap the rewards or learn from the consequences."

Photography is my main passion in life. I am the owner and photographer for Robert Poage Photography. I love all aspects of art because it shows someone’s heart and soul. An artist’s piece of work is a piece of himself/herself. Also, music is a big part of my life and I listen to all genres...I can thank my dad for that, I love movies, I like to play paintball during the winter time, and I tend to write quite often. I also enjoy being on the water when I have the chance, going to the beach with a group of friends, taking the occasional spontaneous road trip to nowhere, playing and watching sports, and I am almost always willing to try anything at least once.

I have a couple of things that I am doing with my life. I run my own photography business, and I am currently starting up another business.

I am a "jack of all trades" kind of guy. I dabble in a lot of things, but I am really good with computers, photography, video games, and working on cars to name a few.

The first thing they notice is that I am tall and apparently, as I was told a great friend, my smile.

I am a visual kind of person so I do not read as often as I probably should. I enjoy so many movies to list, and I listen to everything as far as music goes. When it comes to food, I am willing to try anything once.

I am always thinking about ways to better my photography. Here recently I have been working on turning some of my photography into photo-art for wall decor.

I am with friends or staying in cooking dinner and enjoying a movie.
