Returning to Texas after 6 years in the Navy, most of which was spent in Hawaii. While I will miss paradise, but am really looking forward to getting back home. I'll be in Austin in July, but I wanted to get to know folks before and have someone to show me the ropes.
I am originally from Dallas, but I was drawn to the creative energy that emanates from Austin. I'm not especially talented in an artistic sense; I just love being around creative people and working with them to achieve their goals. My best friends are mostly artists and I need to fill the void that leaving them will create.

I will be starting my MBA at UT in August and I'm really looking forward to the new opportunities it will bring about. I want to focus on sustainable energy development in China and work with the burgeoning entrepreneurial economy in western China. For now I'm just healing from my recent Achilles tendon tear... ALL THE FUN!!!
