My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I've been a seeker for most of my life, but the last couple of years have been spent finding. The Law of Attraction works well for me and I am now enjoying the fruit of good thoughts and feelings. I believe that like minded spirit is coalescing and those that practice self awareness are on a wonderful path. Me, I'm unique just like everyone else. I greatly enjoy searching for new types of music, especially multi-cultural influenced that has rhythm, melody, and message. Put those three together and you can't go wrong. I'm fairly new to Washington. I'm a native Texan, but I've been sucked in to the magic and beauty of the Pacific Northwest. OK, I've completed the first mandatory self descriptive, so I'll shut-up now.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I came to this part of the country to be a part in establishing a sustainable community. I'm currently building a studio and home environment in the Upper Skagit Valley. I was drawn to this place by the beauty that surrounds me today. There is a "thing " called Herodotus Geography- the study of the relationship of person to place that, i believe, is the reason most of the people are drawn to this area. There is a magic here that i have yet to experience anywhere else in this country.
I have volunteered my time and talent to assist in the revitalization of a small town and quite excited by the potential this spot offers me. In my summary, i mentioned the law of attraction and how it has worked in my favor. I set personal goals for myself that are starting to manifest in the most beautiful ways. One of my goals is to be a conscious change agent for a positive future and being part of a community.
My art has taken a back burner for now and that's OK with me at this point in time. I'll be painting again by this coming October, just before the end of the world as we know it. I like the Mayan projection of the future. It really is a positive one, you know. And we all have important parts to play.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
getting to know strangers in a short period of time and learning wonderful stuff from life's experiences. I'm easy to converse with and enjoy learning from others. I also have a gift of being in the right place at the right time, most of the time.
