My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
So... I work full-time and go to school full-time, which doesn't leave a TON of free time, so I thought I'd give this a shot!

I just received my certification in American Sign Language Studies and am currently working on my BA in psychology. I laugh at everything. It is verrry important to me to find someone that can also laugh and and have fun with practically nothing and have the ability to be a sarcastic asshole at times.

I love animals. There are very few things that I don't think are cute (yes, even naked mole rats have cute qualities). I have an awesome five-year-old German Shepherd. She still thinks she's a lap dog, even at 85 pounds.

I am loud, dorky, and very random.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I just received my certification in American Sign Langauge Studies and I'm now working on my BA (and later my Master's) in psychology at KU Edwards. I've always loved psychology (ENFJ, btw) and I'm studying to become a college counselor. I'm hoping to land a counseling position at either JCCC or KU.

So we've got the school part. Along with that, I'm the office administrator for a cable contractor. That and school makes for not much free time right now, but I definitely make time for friends and family! I also love to run and bike which is a great release for the week's stress!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Finding humor in anything. Listening. Cooking! Also, reaching high things.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My height. I've been told that I always seem to be laughing at something. I speak my mind and don't really sugar-coat things (ie: I'm very honest and swear a lot.)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I LOVE Jodi Picoult. I have yet to read a bad book from her. The Giver is always good, The Five People You Meet in Heaven. I like books that make you think.

I love comedy and action/adventure and a couple of my favorite movies are Office Space and Black Hawk Down. I actually love the stupid humor kind of movies, so pretty much any of those. Oh! Stanley and the Dinosaurs!!! Points for you if you've ever seen that! Of course Clue and Rocky Horror- gotta love Tim Curry.

I listen to pretty much everything, but not a TON of country. I like the older country, but everything now sounds the same to me. :/ My favorite album right now is Brothers by The Black Keys. It is easily in my top five all-time favorites. Possibly even my favorite. It's just so soulful and kicks so much ass. A few other favorites are The White Stripes, The Eagles, and David Bowie. Also a major classic rock junkie.

I'll love almost anything Italian or Mexican. I'm pretty easy. :) And, while I try to eat healthy, there is not much better than a well-grilled medium-rare steak.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I can do without a lot. I need humor and good friends and family, though. And coffee.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The future. Why things are the way they are. If I get too bored I usually end up veering off in the philosophical direction.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hanging with friends or at home. I don't really have a typical Friday night.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I don't know, I'm pretty much an open book, so just ask. :)
