So instead of glorifying myself, I am going to list 7 statements below. Six are true. One is outrageously false. If you want to take a stab at which one is false, feel free to message me. (I hope the others would be jumping points for conversation during our first hang out).
1.) I am studying to become an astronaut
2.) I have a masters degree in biological anthropology
3.) I am related to a member of a very, very, very famous late-90's boy band
4.) A girl I once had a crush on went on to win a reality TV show
5.) One of my childhood friends got booted off a reality TV show on the first episode for being a jackass
6.) I am legally blind
7.) I am related to a very famous army general, who is considered a founding father of his country

Remember: only one of the above is outrageously, ludicrously, stupefyingly false. :)

I moved to KC in the fall of 2012, and it's difficult for me to make friends off the med school campus (tons of friends on campus but they are bat$h!t crazy like me, the future MDs and PhDs of this great nation). That's why I'm here. Back home (the Empire State and later, the Constitution State), most of my friends are females, so I'm the stereotypical guy pal: my nicknames reflect my caring nature, and I have played matchmaker to 4 successful marriages (best man at one of them when I was just 18). I, however, am taking a romance sabbatical, having finished a 5 year relationship, so I'm not really looking to meet the love of my life just yet. I'm looking for something platonic, and I hope it'll grow into an aesthetic slightly bordering on "partner-in-crime". So I'm just looking for someone to laugh with and someone to confirm that I am crazy for moving to KC, but appreciates my company nonetheless :)
