My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.

First thing you should probably know is that I'm an energizer battery (or at least that's what I've been described as, so let's go with it). The word 'relax' is foreign to me, unless I'm watching something or reading, but I'm slowly learning.

I might as well say it now, I'm horrendous at math and science... absolutely horrendous. So horrendous, in fact, that I failed one math course in high school, and probably should have failed about two more. My teachers were probably so fed up with my inability to comprehend things that they just wanted to get rid of me, so they passed me. Despite that, I'm interested in attempting to learn new things from people whenever I have the chance.

I'm not the most organized person in the world and occasionally you may find my room to be a place of complete chaos, but I'm getting better at it. Clothes? Meet floor. Hope you two like each other because you'll probably spend all your life together.

I like going out and trying new things, but my comfort zone and I don't do well when we're apart for too long. Adventurous activities do sometimes find me, however they're not an every day occurrence.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I was at Wilfrid Laurier for the past 1.5ish years in their Communications program, but I really began to hate it and I knew it wasn't where I wanted to be. So now I'm attending Conestoga for their Television & Broadcasting program, and I could not be more excited about it. I'm pretty much a broadcasting junkie.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
- annoying the crap out of my 14 year old sister
- falling (up stairs, down stairs, over my own two feet etc)
- dropping everything (and I mean everything. if you hand me something, I will most definitely drop it)
- not cleaning my room
- procrastinating
- reciting lines from friends
- not knowing when to say "hey steph, you know what? you should probably stop buying things online."
- owning way too many phone cases for my own good
- finding unique ways to kill my sims
- watching netflix all day (i'm a professional netflix user, and yes, that is a thing)
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I talk a lot when I'm nervous... like... a lot.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Friends, The Office, Grey's Anatomy, Breaking Bad, HIMYM, Community, Hell's Kitchen, The Young & The Restless and Bold and The Beautiful (soap opera addict since I was 7, thanks mom)

Guilty pleasure: Dance Moms.

I will honestly watch anything though... except Glee. Oh god, please not Glee.

The Little Mermaid (I'm really six years old, and I'm also secretly Ariel), The Notebook, 10 Things I Hate About You, Marley & Me, and Never Been Kissed.

I am a girl, what can I say? But aside from the chick flick bonanza above, I'm also fond of sci-fi films like Alien, Prometheus, Metropolis, Blade Runner and Invasion of The Body Snatchers (the 1956 version, not that 2007 crap), to name a few.

Guilty pleasure: Gentlemen Prefer Blondes -- musical numbers + Marilyn Monroe = my favourite thing ever.

Just like shows though, I will watch anything.

I've only started to sit down and read more, but within the past year I've finished The Hunger Games series, Perks of Being a Wallflower, Maus and The Looking Glass Wars, along with a bunch of required reading for English classes.

Guilty pleasure: Junie B. Jones series and anything by Judy Blume. Nostalgia is a great thing.

Baths, Beirut, Belle & Sebastian, Brand New, Broken Social Scene, City and Colour, Death Cab for Cutie, The Depreciation Guild, Ed Sheeran, Fleet Foxes, Format, Fun., Grizzly Bear, Ingrid Michaelson, The Kooks, Laura Stevenson, Los Campesinos!, The Mountain Goats, Mouse on The Keys, Nana Grizol, Postal Service, She & Him, Slow Club, Stars -- among many others.

While I'm beginning to really get into the indie/folk genres, I still do listen to mainstream artists. I'm also a country music lover *gasp*. I will listen to almost anything, but I can't stand over the top, hardcore, rap.

Guilty pleasure: Avril Lavigne -- I have every song lyric memorized and I've seen her in concert twice. I don't even have the energy to be ashamed anymore. I'm the definition of fan girl when it comes to Avril. We can also throw Taylor Swift in here.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Eyeliner - I am a girl, therefore I require make up.
Friends & Family - this counts as one, shh.
My bed - if you didn't list this... who are you kidding?
An internet connection - yeah, I'm kind of an addict.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Ways to avoid being productive.
It's probably the most productive thing that I do, to be quite honest.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Watching YouTube videos, playing video games, reading...
I lead a very interesting life.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have dealt with anxiety for quite some time now... probably about 5 years. Sometimes when something is bothering me, or I'm put in a situation I find rather stressful, I become overly anxious and on edge. Occasionally I don't even know what it is that's causing me to feel anxious, and that's probably the most annoying anxiety attack to get, since I don't know how to fix it and just have to wait it out until it passes after a couple hours. It's nothing that's taken over my life, or really affected it much, and most people have had no idea by just being around me. It's just something I deal with that most people don't.
