I don't like to take things too seriously... Much to the disappointment of my father.

I studied Zoology for 3yrs in Liverpool but spent more time rolling around in the mud with the Officer Training Corps than studying in the library. I can honestly say I don't regret one minute of it - despite realising the army was definitely not the career for me!

After graduation I disappeared off to the French Alps to brush up my French and my skiing/boarding. Once I returned to England I spent my extra cash on a solo trip to India after realising I'd never been out of Europe. I think I've now been bitten by the traveling bug and have so many plans to buy so many more plane tickets.

JUST ONE THING: I don't understand "winks" - either have the guts to say hello and send a message or... don't?

If I say I'm studying to be a primary school teacher you'll make all kinds of assumptions about me being cute and cuddly and mumsy.

That's really not me... At least I hope it's not! I just think kids are hilarious!

To convince you of my intellect I'll throw in that I'm also studying to teach French.

...you're physically fit. [I don't mean you have to go to the gym every day but there's no excuse for letting yourself go before you turn 40]

...you're going to treat me like the lady I'd like to be. [I've spent a lot of time with the military, and they know how to treat a girl!]

...you're not too serious about yourself. [Let me laugh at you as much as I laugh at myself?]
