I moved to NYC about 2 years ago for grad school and have been loving every minute of it. Originally from a small beach town, but I seem to fit in the big city life just fine. I am new to the "online match" thing, but thought I should give it a chance. Can't really think of exactly how to describe myself in text, so I will treat it as a springboard for future conversation if it interests you...... Here goes nothing!

As for me: I am a really nice, down-to-earth kind of guy. I am also a bit of a hopeless romantic. My friends and family are my life and very important to me. I am an extremely loyal, hard working, determined person, but at the same time am trying to make sure I take time to enjoy the great things in my life and embark on new explorations and adventures...gotta keep things spontaneous and interesting! One of the biggest and best lessons that I have learned/ been learning in life is to be able to laugh at myself (which is often) and keep focused on the positive things in life!

I am currently in grad school, so that consumes a lot of my time, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I worked hard to get where I am today and am happy with where life is taking me.

When not working on school stuff, I love to do a variety of things. I am the type of guy who loves to go out for a night on the town with friends, but I am just as happy having a quiet evening at home. I am a great cook, love going to the beach and being active, going to the movies, theatre...etc..., I also want to start to travel more.

What I am looking for: I am looking for a guy who is down-to-earth and is confident and happy with who they are. someone who cherishes and values friends and family. A guy who has consistency in his life, but is balanced with spontaneity and likes to try new things and likes to have fun! Someone who is focused on where they want to go in life. Someone who can laugh at themselves. A man who I can grow and learn about life with. Also a man who is handsome, with great eyes and a great smile is a plus too...... :)

My week ahead. My life ahead.

How nice it would be to just drop everything and book a flight to somewhere else in the world for a spontaneous vacation. Ireland, London, Paris, Italy......wanna go?

I am usually either out having a fun night with friends or at home taking advantage of some rest and relaxation! Both are wonderful.

Well it wouldn't be private if I put it online for everyone to see! Guess you will just have to find out if you truly are interested...

"Never make someone your priority, when to them you are only and option"

Trying more and more each day to live by those words and show those that I care about that they are never options, but priorities. Hoping to meet a guy who will never see me as an option, whether it leads to friendship or something more, I am open to it all. The more friends, the merrier!
