Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I’ve hoped our paths would cross during our travels as we explore
the world and life, but I seem to keep missing you. Lost in thought
and immersed in writing at my favorite cafe I’ve occasionally
looked up, hoping our eyes would meet and we’d smile, but you
didn’t come today. Sitting in the park I’ve played my guitar,
wanting you to hear my soul and be moved, but you must’ve been just
out of earshot. I guess it’s half timing, and the other half’s
luck. Wherever you are, I haven’t met you yet.
You feel like you’ve been unplugged from the Matrix that most are
content remaining connected to and now you see life and the world
differently, never wanting to go back. Because of that you’re
awake, aware, and insatiable in your desire to explore, learn, and
live to the fullest. Together we’re comfortable as we are,
accepting of our wonderful imperfections, and determined to never
stop evolving as individuals and as partners. Knowing that heaven
is in the here and now, following the beaten path bores you; you'd
rather make this a life to remember.
I’d love to meet a woman who’s intelligent, grounded, and with a
kind, beautiful soul, not only to share the great events and venues
of this area, but whatever strikes our fancy, wherever it may lie.
You carry yourself with an unpretentious confidence, and with that
you’re not afraid to be silly and playful. You're fit and feminine,
sexual and sensual, and yet remote locales and getting dirty don’t
faze you; we have a vast world out there to explore after
I moved from the NYC area to the East Bay in early September and
have spent the majority of my time since setting up my life. With
the basics out of the way now I'm excited to start meeting people
and experiencing life here. I'm open to meeting wonderful friends,
falling in love, and most anything in between. But ultimately, I
want a life partner and a family of my own.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Saying yes. Getting lost so that I can find myself. Discovering
what and who matters, and trying to direct more of my energy there.
Life's a journey and a precious gift. We know less than we think,
control less than we wish, and worry too much about things that at
the end of the day don't matter as much as they seem. I want to
experience life as fully as I can while doing my best to be true to
myself. And I'd love someone equally awesome taking the journey
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Helping people feel comfortable being their true selves.
Seeing the good in people, things, and situations.
Finding beauty in the simplest of things and places.
Building and fixing things.
Learning foreign languages and feeling at ease in any culture.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I smile easily and often.
My eyes tend to look into you rather than just at you.
I'll strike up a conversation with almost anyone anywhere.
I try to be appreciative of everything and say "thank you" a lot.

Do you really want to read a nicely curated list of all the movies,
songs, artists, and cuisines I love? Not really, right? I like a
lot of things, but am also terrible at answering "What's your
favorite ____?" questions. So let's just get to know each other the
old fashioned way.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Mindfulness, introspection, and personal growth
New experiences of every kind
Physical and verbal affection
Curiosity and the opportunity to never stop exploring and
Wonder, awe, and inspiration
Optimism and the knowledge that tomorrow hasn't been written yet
I spend a lot of time thinking about

know you want to, so just go for it...
