My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am a very active, vibrant, funny woman with a lot of interests. I am looking for a man who could share some or all of them with me. I had a guy like that but am now a widow and have learned that life can be short and each day is special. I am a big baseball and opera fan but love all types of music depending on the mood and who I with. I love the outdoors, gardening and travel.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
rediscovering myself professionally and personally. It is a time for me to reconnect with my earlier passions about work and to redefine those interests and passions that made me enter the landscape architecture profession. Since life did not go as planned, I find that I spend more time living life and less time planning for it. I find myself exploring why I am here, enjoying the people around me, and searching for someone to share life's amazing pleasures and unfortunate challenges.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
being creative and entrepreneurial. My friends and family enjoy sharing meals with me as I love to cook and entertain. Good healthy food is important to me and you can find me at a farmer's market often (and there are many to choose from).

I love to read -- newspapers, the New Yorker and books. Some biographies and auto-biographies -- no new ones of late but there were ones on Steve Jobs, Andrew Wyeth and John Adams. Other favorite reads because of a book club -- the Art of Fielding, Wild,A Thousand Splendid Suns and the Kite Runner. A favorite author is Alexander McCall Smith. I like a diversity of films such as boyhood, "A Separation," and "The Artist, Nebraska, Philomena and Gravity. Love a wide range of music from jazz to rock and roll to alternative to depending on my mood but listening to music is important to me.
