Fuck it's annoying. We can hang out, or chat and I listen to you. Why am I that fucking guy?

As a musician, and I like to think a good one, I had heard many rumors about how Guitar Hero is especially difficult for musicians.

After playing it for the first time recently, I think I know why this is.

My first attempt was on the easy setting, playing bass, Sabotage. I am a bassist. The notes the bass played had very little to do with the actual bassline. Yes, I know how to play Sabotage.

After this I tried Sabotage on guitar in hard mode. Here I found the buttons too close together and not reflective of the frets on a guitar or bass.

Next came Sunshine of Your Love on medium. Here I found that the notes were not in the correct rhythm, or at least missing a few.

What this adds up to is that a musician is either not able to rely on knowledge of the music, or has to deal with buttons, or frets, that are unnatural.
