My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I Just graduated from SUNY Brockport with a Bachelor's degree (Major in English, Minor in Philosophy).

I'm pretty nerdy.

I make lists like it's my job.

I like to write (especially poetry), I hope to get published someday... eventually.

Mountain Dew is my poison of choice, because kicking it permanently has proven difficult.

I don't do too many out-doorsy type things, but I enjoy camping, and I really enjoy playing tennis, and just being outdoors in general during good weather (especially if I have my camera on me).

Buuuut, I'm most often glued to my computer doing my nerd thing (video games and manga/comics), or reading.

When I do go out with friends, it's sometimes a rare party, but usually it's something along the lines of mini golf/laser tag, (and especially DnD haha).

I personally think that my profile sounds kinda dull, haha. so, please message me! Conversation is so much better.

I can't think of what else to include at the moment, so just ask me about something.

[EDIT] I am currently seeing someone, so my following visits to OK Cupid will be with non-romantic intent.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Well, since I just graduated, I've just started looking for a new job to better afford independent living (which I have not achieved yet, unfortunately). But in the mean time, my part time job consumes most of my time. And when I fail to meet up with actual friends during my free time, I'm reading or playing video games.

[Update] Though I'm still looking for better opportunities, I have become full time at my previously "part-time position," and have begun training for my newly assigned vocation.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm sure there is something about me someone would find impressive, so I will leave it to them to decide.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
nerdy, ralphie from the christmas movie...
people don't notice me generally, unless i'm talking too much.

Man oh man.... uh....

Well, I'm sure I'll forget to mention some things, and I don't want to name them all because it would take forever, so I'll name a few in hopes you gain a vague understanding of my interests.

TV: Sci-Fi most things, but especially Stargate SG-1, Star Trek and Firefly. I've liked things like Burn Notice, Castle, walking Dead etc.

Movies: Not even going to attempt this. Anything with descent plot or character development. I love action, romance, you name it.

Books: I know it's kinda childish, but my favorite book is
"The Outsuders": S.E. Hinton
I really enjoyed "The Fault in our Stars": John Green (and a few others of his)
I love the sci-fi and fantasy genres so of course Tolkien. I've been reading a series recently called "The Wheel of Time."

Music: another big one...
Uh, in an attempt to be brief:
Greenday (and a lot of punk/alt rock)
Things that play on the radio a bunch (Queen, Journey, AC/DC, Bon Jovi yadda yadda)
Katy Perry and Ke$ha are my guilty pleasures haha.
I love Country and Folk music. Johnny cash and stuff like that.
But this is an enourmous question, so I'll leave out the rest.

Food: Yes.

Since I mentioned it above, if you're curious about what games I play or manga I read, just ask :)
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
-Pocket Knife
-The Internet
-pocket notebook
-Optimism, because life is hard enough.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Romance apparently, because here I am.

Admittedly it's awkward to advertise this online, but I'm a bit lonely sometimes. Just looking for some company.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
At home, on the internet.

A very occasional outing with close local friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
mmm, ask me something

Uh, I generally have no clue how to begin conversations on this site, so if you think we might have something in common, I urge you to be the conversation starter! :)
