My name is Chris, I'm currently looking for work in Belfast and will most likely be moving up there in the next couple of weeks. I'm a guy with a pretty much self-defined sense of morality, good fun to be around and I like to think reasonably clever. I love writing, reading, music (mainly metal), and pretty much attempting to better myself as a person (I strive for excellence in most things that I do). I'm not huge into going out to the pub as I don't drink, although that's not to say I mind people drinking or that I never go out! Basically I'm looking to meet women who share some of my interests and enjoy having fun that doesn't involve getting plastered pissed all the time - I'm certainly more of a chilled out type ^__^

In the middle of looking for work right now, which is on the cards pretty soon. I'm currently living in Coleraine but I'm frequently in Belfast as that's where I'll be moving shortly! This is the reason I've come back to this site, as considering the lack of acceptable women in the rural shithole I live in, I would somehow think it might be different in the city :)

I'm reasonably active, I used to be a pretty decent long-distance runner and I still keep that up to a certain degree. I'm a damn decent writer and I'm a pretty sociable likeable type of guy, or so I've been told! I'm also a damn good cook - I worked as an assistant Chef for a time in Belgium and come from a long line of culinary geniuses (i.e - parents, hee.)

I tend to be pretty vocal around people and noticable in a crowd. I'm also pretty friendly and easy to talk to, as well as a good listener. I don't make too many enemies, basically, unless they deserve it! I'm not the worst looking guy as well (I'm not vain either, but the one thing I despise is bullshit, and people who speak it - One thing I try and maintain is straight talking.)

I'm into a good bit of Japanese anime such as Bleach and Death Note,as well as Lost, Heroes, 24 (yes, American propaganda at it's finest but I get a good laugh out of it!), the usual sort of things. In regard to music I listen to a lot of things but I'm mainly into Metal - melodic death, technical thrash and even the odd bit of power metal creep into my playlist. This isn't to say though that I'm adverse to other types of music - on the contrary, I love hearing things from different genres that are genuinely good, metal's just my first love ^__^ I love cooking, it's a major creative outlet for me. Also into video games in a big way, particularly Final Fantasy, Metal Gear Solid, Resi Evil, Zelda - anything with a plot and playability really. I love reading, as well as writing (I'm working on a couple of projects right now), and I eat pretty well - I try to stay as healthy as I can, although to call me a health freak would be bloody pushing it!

A great deal many things - The world in general, what I would do if I had superpowers, what happens if you just eat crisps :D Naw, it's hard to put this down on paper, but I have a pretty active and vivid imagination and have a pretty random thought process (although a DISCLAIMER - I'm fairly down to earth and all, I'm not one of these OHMIGAWD I'M SO RANDOM type of guys - they die by my sword ^__^)

Probably just hanging out with friends, writing, sitting on the internet - things will be more varied once I get moved to Belfast, which will be soon and I can't wait!
