i wake up in the morning and try to transition from dream world to
reality....question is, which one is the dream?

What I’m doing with my life
been living in austin since August '07. I rarely leave the city,
but have been contemplating a trip to Europe very soon
(Germany/Scandinavia). four out of the five workdays i mountain
bike a sweet trail to work and maintain a pretty vigorous workout
schedule. when i'm not at work, i play bass in a couple of
different bands. on wednesdays, i create and host a weekly radio
show on KOOP 91.7fm. i am addicted to sweet leaf original tea. jazz
trios simultaneously make me want to practice more and also give up
music completely. i love a good pint of some austin beer (512, live
oak, real ale, lovejoy's, uncle billy's, etc). there are days i
pine for youth - who doesn't - but all in all i thoroughly enjoy
the present.
I’m really good at
writing haikus and deciphering acronyms. doodling a coherent
depiction of something historical.
The first things people usually notice about me
my appearance changes regularly - for the past year or two i've
been growing long hair and a beard. it is a daily struggle deciding
whether to keep it going or shave my head like a monk. while i
don't typically get carded, i also tend to look kinda scary.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
MUSIC: about 2,000 albums worth, from country to black metal to
opera. i'm a collector and overall music enthusiast.
