My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hello, profile-reader. My name is Adam.

I am a black belt in Shotokan karate.

I am electronic music.

I am a conversationalist.

I am probably one of the nicest people on the planet.

And my modesty is unequaled, of course.

You now know my existence in it's entirety.

If you actually want to discover more details about myself, please, read further.

If you want to stop reading, press 0, or hang up.

If I seem a bit juvenile, I apologize. I think normal thoughts, honest. I'm just a goofball, and that will never change.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Somehow I have managed to build and maintain /TWO/ profiles on here. And they are not even close to identical. I thought I was going to abandon this one but then apparently I didn't. So, to make things easier, I am going to direct you to the newer profile. I'm too sentimental about this one to outright delete it and people keep messaging me just at the time I think I'm going to do it. Anyways, link2thang: http://www.okcupid.com/profile/SnowmanWhispers?cf=profile

Planning world domination every single night.

No job currently because the company that owns The Bargain Shop shut down 60 stores, mine included.

Sucks bro.

Probably gonna study Advertising and Marketing whenever I get to that stage in my life. There are reasons behind that desire that you will quickly learn after getting to know me a bit.

Trying to edit this thing so I sound more interesting, but if I can't think of anything without resorting to lies.

I never lie.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
People say my poetry is pretty good. If you wanna see some, just go right ahead and ask. Oh, and karate is my life.

I am quite capable of helping people with their problems. I know a lot of people claim that, and I'm not saying they're lying, but this ability is something I'm quite proud of and will never give up on.

I also have the best music selection around. It's my passion in life. You will notice that once the links start flying.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have no idea, really. Maybe my constant headphone-wearing? Or that I'm easy to talk to and get along with? Or that I need a haircut? It's probably one of those.

Also, I talk in circles uncontrollably. It's just what my brain tells me to say. I apologize in advance.

Eyes be green, too. Like, really friggin green.

It's the messy hair.

This section appears to be a big deal for me, since it's the size of a small novel.

Books, well, the Malazan Book of the Fallen series is the best series ever written ever forever. Also, the usual Harry Potter stuff, as well as some other books that I've read yet I can't remember the name of. The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe series is awesome. The entire series of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is also pretty amazing. Also, I love The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo series. I seriously recommend reading all three of the books.

THE NAME OF THE WIND.

Also have read: To Kill A Mockingbird, Catcher in the Rye, the Silverwing series, The Talisman by Stephen King (plan to read more of his books eventually, since my parents pretty much have them ALL), 3 books into the Gunslinger series by Stephen King, The Foundation Trilogy by Issac Asimov, a bunch of Dean Koontz books (mostly the Odd Thomas ones), half of the Artemis Fowl books (need more), the LOTR trilogy (need to read The Hobbit still), some by David Eddings, and a bunch more.

Also The Black Company Series was just magnificent.

Currently reading the Game of Thrones series. Am on Storm of Swords.

Also also I have started my journey through the Ender's Game series. I just finished the first one and holy crap it was amazing.

As for music, I love rock/punk/Metric/Billy Talent/ Alexisonfire/A Day to Remember/USS/Mother Mother/Protest the Hero/Maximum the Hormone/Tool. I'm too lazy to type out everything on this subject. I'm one of THOSE people.

But, two years ago I was introduced to the Electronic genre of music. Hoe. Lee. Ship. It is amazing. It has pretty much overridden all my previous music priorities. Now it goes: Electronic music > Everything else. I still love all my other stuff, though.

Favourite electronic artists in no particular order: Seven Lions, Feed Me, Zeds Dead, Vexare, Sound Remedy, Cutline, Knife Party, Wobscure, Adventure Club, KOAN Sound, Zomboy, Tristam, Rogue, Stephen Walking, ZMiX, Gemini, Flux Pavilion, Skrillex, AmfyBIOS, Dodge & Fuski, Obsidia, and Klaypex. There's probably lots more, but that seems like enough for now.

And while we're on the subject of music: For me, it's kinda sorta mandatory-ish that you at least kinda sorta enjoy my music style. Music is a huge part of who I am. As long as you're at least open to my musical tastes, then we'll get along just fine. =D

Warning: I will try to show you songs. It's what I do. The best way to get to know me is to know my music. I'm THAT involved with the sounds. Here's a great representation of the Dubstep part of my brain: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MNZaRkDzc1s

That song might kill you. My bad. ^

And for Movies, I like most anything, except chick flicks and horror. Horror does not go well with me. My brain uses a mix of math and imagination to scare me shitless."Yeah, it's never happened before, but nothing is 100% certain ever, so even what I just saw has a 0.00001% chance of actually occurring and OMFGITSGONNAHAPPENTOME!!" Like that.

Also for movies: Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World. *as many thumbs up as possible*

Memento.

I am Simpsopedia. I know SO MUCH about The Simpsons. It's actually kinda embarrassing. I quote the show daily. So does the rest of my family. And my neighbours. We're awesome like that.

Adventure Time.

Arrested Development, as well.

CSI-related shows.

Cold Case. Cold Case. Cold Case. I like Cold Case.

Oh look a video game section:

Currently playing Dragons Dogma, and then there's also Borderlands 1 and 2, am insane fan of Pokemon, though I've never owned a DS or a good enough computer to emulate the gens 4-5. I still know a bunch of those guys, though. And I have many LoZ games, favourite is Wind Waker. Plus I am a Mario ninja. One time I played Fire Emblem and beat the game without losing a single man and only found out afterwards that that was AMAAAZINGGG. Also Sly Cooper is my favourite raccoon.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
teh interwebz, an objective/something to look forward to, My music (as you have previously gathered in the above section), and three other things that as of this moment escape me. I honestly don't have too many constants in my life.

More would be pretty cool, though.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Music and video games. Other than that, it's usually the super profound philosophy junk I seem to be so good at thinking about. Big surprise there, since that's what everyone seems to think about.

Also my future Kingdom. I will one day own my own country, which I will have built out in the ocean with the trillions of dollars that I will have.

Looking for Queen.

Also also, how there are probably hundreds of awesome people on this site that I could get along with super easily, but we run out of things to talk about way too fast, even with my intense conversationizing skills. Makes me feel like there's lots of missed opportunity.

Which intensifies the lonely.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Honestly I'm a pretty open person. If you ask, I will tell.

And probably keep telling. I forget which people I've told what.

But I never forget where a song came from. If you give me a song, and I like it, you will be forever associated to that song.
You should message me if

you're insane enough to actually want to talk to me after reading all that junk up there.

Or if you're in an uncontrollable "BECAUSE I CAN" mood.

Or, if you fail the first two filters, just message me anyways. I'm terribly bored and I always enjoy talking to random people on the internet.

But mostly, what I need is a good friend. Someone who is able to keep up with my total nonsense and have fun talking to me.

To the girl of my dreams: You have messaging clearance.

You like Reese Puffs.
