i finished my undergrad in san diego back in june 2011. i graduated with a degree in human bio and minored in psych from ucsd. i really loved living down there. socal life is really different than norcal. well most of the time anyways. i think living in sd made me really appreciate mexican food. i miss taco tuesdays in pb and $1.50 lobster tacos wednesdays at world famous. plus legit burritos. YUMMM

i moved home...which i was more than happy to do since most of my family is up here. i loved socal and everything it had to offer, but i'm definitely a norcal girl :)

i really don't know what else to say....i'm looking for a guy to hang out with. life is stressful enough so it would be nice to have someone i know i can count on.

i am currently working in hospitality at a hotel in the sales and marketing department as a sales manager (wow what a mouthful right?). i've really enjoyed it so far; meeting and talking to new people makes days different and interesting. even though i might not have originally seen myself in sales (since my background is in bio) I'm happy I fell into it. life is funny that way. To expect the unexpected is part of the fun. its not about the destination, but the adventure along the way.

making people feel comfortable. a lot of my friends say its because
they can tell me anything without feeling judged. a lot of times,
they find that i can relate to their issues, so i can see things
from their perspective. its easy to talk to someone thats already
been there.

My smile? haha what do people really put in this section. I think I'm a pretty social person/ so my friendly and bubbly personality is something people also notice.

i enjoy reading love stories. i love it when the female protagonist
finds love... i'm a hopeless romantic and feel like i can relate to
the characters. also, i LOVED the hunger games series. if you
haven't read it, you need to!

my favorite movies are almost all romantic comedies and love
stories. a walk to remember, she's the man and the notebook. i
enjoy watching all other genre's, but i need my romantic comedy fix
now and then. my all time favorite movie ever is the little
mermaid. :) i love disney

as far as TV shows go, my favorites are: greys anatomy, one tree
hill, gossip girl, big bang theory, chuck, pretty little liars and
once upon a time... just to name a few.

favorite music is usually top 40 or whatever is on the radio. i
don't mind country and Taylor Swift (as shocking as that sounds). i love the lyrics.county songs are always about life and love.

favorite foods: i love trying new food. i'll try almost anything at
least once. the only exception... onions. i hate onions.

- friends and family (it's always good to know you have people you
can depend on)
- phone - typical i know. but doesnt everyone feel naked when they forget their phone at home?
- my new camera- Cannon T4i Rebel DSLR :)
- tv (i watch wayyy too much tv. i love tv :) )
- a good book
- sarcasm :p

what to bake next? I have an apple tree in the front and back of the house and this year we have seen a TON of apples growing. after getting tired of eating apples on the daily, i thought what better way to use them, then to bake them into something. so there has been lots of apple turnovers, mini apple pies, apple cake, apple crisp (all from scratch of course!). so if you have any suggestions for what else I can do with the apples, let me know.

relaxing. now that im working in sales its super stressful. working longggg hours is NOT fun. so usually im glad its friday. jump into some pjs and sleeeeep early :)

i still sleep with my baby blanket... guess im sentimental :p
