Hi guys! Welcome to the profile of just another friendly, happy-go-lucky gal (heard that one before?).

Why (I think) you'll like me: I'm an open, fun, independent, honest and loyal person. Whether it's relaxing in the park, checking out cheap eats (foodie alert), traveling to a ridiculously cool place far or near, cooking a delicious feast, or simply exploring the city....I'm very into DOING things and want to find someone with that same passion for making the most of free time. I'm not at all the type to just sit on the beach all day...I'd rather be boogie boarding in the ocean or running around playing beach games!

Why I'm here: I'm currently in search of someone to share interesting adventures with...though it may sound cheesy, I'd love to find the Man in the Yellow Hat to my inner Curious George (Georgette, in my case I guess). I'm looking for someone who wants to date with the intent of eventually turning it into a something more if things go well (I mean, the name of this site does say "cupid" right?). If you aren't sure that's what you want, just save us both some time and click onto another profile - sorry to be blunt :)

Living in Hoboken, riding my awesome Schwinn cruiser around on the weekends and cooking up a storm whenever I have the chance!

Believe it or not I've actually built a career out of booze (who tells you THAT is possible in college?)... I'm a spirits publicist ... this basically means there is lots of Scotch/Rum/Gin/Wine on my desk and I figure out daily how to get my clients "buzz" for their brands ... don't be jealous or anything :)

-Cooking/entertaining (dinner at home with friends is probably the best night ever)
-Knowing where to eat/drink in the city
-Traveling to far off places (obsessed)
- Italy trivia --- studied abroad in Florence and go back almost every year
-Getting a freckle face in the summer
-Being a Syracuse basketball superfan (had class with Melo!...and yes, I will embarass you with my antics when watching games at bars)
-Enjoying/being active in the outdoors
-Volunteering
-Biking
-Being a good friend and constant sh*t shooter
-Loving dive bars as equally as cocktail dens
-Pretending to be awesome at silly team sports like dodgeball and kickball (next up...bowling!)

Non-physical --- usually that I'm nice/kind/friendly/genuine

Books: The Kite Runner, The Giving Tree, Jane Eyre

TV: CBS Sunday Morning (best show on TV), Mad Men, Downton Abbey, Big Bang Theory, New Girl, The Mindy Project, LOST - RIP :(

Movies: Casino Royale, The Departed, Bueller?.... Bueller?, ....and obviously, chick flicks like The Holiday

Music: I can go from Bruce to Black Keys to Taylor Swift in a matter of seconds (though now that's almost not a huge span)...you get my gist hopefully.

Food: Eater (blog) is my bible...nuff said...call me an unpretentious foodie. If you really want to impress me you'll agree to join me on my quest to find the best burger in NYC....so far Minetta Tavern takes the cake in my book but prove me wrong :)

-Living near water....water makes me happy

how I can scratch things like visiting Asia and South America, taking up another language and learning to sail and scuba off my bucket list.

...it ranges from grilling with friends on the terrace ...to a night out on the town...to being a total bum with pjs, a glass of Chianti and a movie on the couch

I'm secretly jealous of all the people I see at the dog park when I walk by every day
