My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I think I am honest, caring, considerate, intelligent, funny, family-oriented, down to earth, decent looking, creative, etc...but what the heck do I know, I mean I'm single, so it's quite possible that I'm the only one who thinks this...and maybe my parents :)

A little info about me: I like to cook, play/write music, and spend lots of time on the beach or at least near some large body of water. I have a pretty established career...Um, I'm very important. I have many leather-bound books, and my apartment smells of rich mahogany - OK, so maybe those last couple things were from the movie "Anchorman" and don't really apply to me but...

I have 2 wonderful little boys (12 and 10)...(these are their ages, not their names) that make my life very fulfilling, but I do feel as though there is something missing. I know, I know, I'm not SUPPOSED to say this - I'm supposed to be just like everyone else and say that my life is perfect and that I'm perfectly happy being on my own because I have great friends and a great family. Yeah, yeah, I have all that, but here's the thing - I LIKE the way it feels to be in love...if done right it really does make everything better...and if done wrong, well, check my relationship status above. Ouch...he went there...well yes, it can happen to the best of us and in all seriousness, it is possible to come out a little wiser, stronger, and more in tune with who we are and what we want out of a relationship.

Also, if you are annoyed by run-on sentences then we could have a slight problem - l think writing this more like I talk gives you a better feel for what I'm like. I assure you, I am highly educated and possess excellent communication skills, or at the very least can handle operating the spelling and grammar check in MS Word. So if you would like to see some of my more grammatically correct and professional works...they are available upon request :)

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You want to...simple as that. One thing I have found about online dating is that is enables you to be SUPER picky about people. You can find one or two little things that you don't think you would like about someone and "disqualify" them, and I really do believe that this results in many missed opportunities. My opinion (and it's just that) is that people don't always match up perfectly on paper, but sometimes it just magically works. It ends up actually being some of the small differences that attracts you to one other and enables you to learn from each other. "Hey's Tony Robbins" (major bonus points if you can tell me what movie I just quoted)
